The staff is great! Immediately prior to our stay at Vibra, we had spent a week at a luxury hotel on the east coast of Mallorca, and the staff here at the Vibra was friendlier, more professional and more accommodating than the resort's staff.

Cons:

The family suite was a little snug for 4 people with luggage. We could've used more places to put suitcases. Also, shampoo would've been a nice addition in the shower.

L'accueil à la réception vers 21H30 / 22h le dimanche . L'homme était tout sourire avec les deux jeunes femmes devant moi, leur a expliqué tout sur majorque, l'hôtel etc. Quand ce fût mon tour, pas un sourire, pas un effort, il a expédié mon accueil sans rien m'expliquer de plus. Un comportement inapproprié.

Pros:

Room: generous, clean and comfortable beds.
Breakfast: various (seeds, whole grain bread, fruits, vegetable milk, possibility to prepare omelets or hot sandwiches).
Good location - bars & restaurants on the street ; few steps from the see; fast access to Airport , as well as to Mallorca city.
the property has a nice pool (+one small for kids), bar and parking (it could be not too spacious, but you can find free parcels in the street).

Sehr schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, komfortablen Zimmer mit sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock (Lift vorhanden). Das Zimmer war schön groß, immer sauber und hatte einen tollen Balkon mit zwei Sesseln und einem Tisch. Auch das Bett war bequem und die Polster waren sehr gemütlich.

Das Badezimmer war mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet – mit Regenfallduschkopf und zusätzlichem normalen Duschkopf. Duschgel und Lotion waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles war immer sehr sauber.

Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Das Buffet war reichhaltig und bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann – frische Omeletts und Spiegeleier, Obst, Gemüse, verschiedene Gebäcksorten und guten Kaffee.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ein paar Meter die Straße hinunter, wo sich mehrere Supermärkte befinden – ideal, um sich mit Wasser und allem Nötigen einzudecken. Auch Restaurants sind in der Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Megapark ist in etwa 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch liegt das Hotel etwas ruhiger und abgelegen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, ist aber trotzdem gut angebunden.
