Viaje a palma
Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación, las camas cómodas, y relacion calidad precio.
El silencio del hotel durante las horas de descanso.

Cons:

Chekin muy lento, han tardado mucho, hemos esperado como 1 hora para que lo hicieran y eso que hemos llegado casi a las 17:00
Y el chekout. A las 11 me parece pronto, ya que en la mayoría de los hoteles que he estado es a las 12 y se nota.

El desayuno se podria mejorar al ser un 4 estrellas.

Очень медленное заселение, грубое обращение на ресепшене. Табличка со штрафами прямо на стойке ресепшена неприятно удивила и напрягла

Super basic hotel recommended for people who need to go next day airport is perfect and still spending nice days in the
Pros:

The location is amazing – it’s super close to the airport and there are some incredible hidden places nearby, including beautiful beaches.

The beach is wonderful and the sunset is absolutely stunning.

The whole hotel smells amazing as well – such a lovely, fresh scent everywhere. 💝

Cons:

Dinner and breakfast do not have many options, especially for children. It would be good to have some more basic choices for kids, as the current options are quite limited.

There is also no water or coffee provided in the room. It would be helpful if these could be available for guests.

Additionally, the room only has one pillow each. It would be more comfortable if there were extra pillows available.

Great stay near the beach!
Pros:

Good location overall vibe and amenities.
Very clean accommodation and helpful staff.
We even got a lunch back on the morning we were checking out!

Hotel was beautiful, but it is not about walls.

Why does such a beautiful hotel hire such unpleasant receptionists?

Cons:

Then I come, I had to wait at the reception for maybe 2 hours. The receptionist was rude and arrogant. She laughed that I asked which room it was. I'm there for the first time, how can I know which room? Then she said that I didn't know anything and why I asked questions. Why can't I ask if I'm there for the first time and paid money for that room? It is her job to be kind and answer customer questions. Throughout my stay, she humiliated me and I felt uncomfortable passing by the reception.

So it was an unpleasant stay with the 'queen receptionist' who 'knows everything' and laughs at the first time arrival if they ask something.

Pros:

Estaba todo nuevo y súper limpio. El personal muy agradable. La cama comodisima.

Cons:

El agua del desayuno estaba muy mala, no se podía beber. La botella de agua mineral de 500ml te la cobraban a 3,50€.

Easy. Very nice value for money and location
Pros:

The Staff was very nice. We had booked the hotel to be closed to the airport in the AM and were pleased with the hotel. Easy, clean, late check in, early check out. The receptionist even ran after me because I had forgotten my phone in the room at 4am! They had checked minutes after we left.

Hotel acogedor, seguro y tranquilo.
Pros:

En mi larga estadía, puedo expresar que hubo una grata atención hacia mi persona y en general a todo público visitante. Instalación muy bonita, climatizada y ordenada. Siempre hay buena limpieza y una gran armonía del lugar y sus empleados. Gastronomía variada. Fácil acceso y seguro.
En el desayuno siempre hay variedad con sus ricos postres.
La cena cumple las expectativa con una opción adicional de cocerte tu carne preferida en el instante que seleccionas al chef.
En el bar puedes requerir cualquier bebida de la carta y será bien preparada por el personal.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que tuviera mas parqueos disponibles.
