The warm reception, excellent facilities, central location , helpfulness of staff, secure parking and the warm welcome given to our dogs! The room was prepared with them very much in mind down to names on their beds and a room hanger saying doggies in residence!

Vriendelijk personeel. Fijn en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie kamer. Hadden upgrade gekregen.
Onmogelijke douche. Je moet in bad douchen. Je kunt moeilijk bij de knoppen en er is geen douche matje. Als je niet oppast ga je onderuit.
Blijft onbegrijpelijk dat busjes shampoo etc onleesbaar en je niet weet wat je gebruikt. Ik sta niet met bril op onder douche.
Parkeren en ontbijt wel duur.

We read about this hotel in a reputable uk newspaper so after 10 years visiting Beaune we changed loyalty… big mistake!.. I won’t ramble on but the gourmet dinner at 150 euros each was one of the worst meals I have ever had … and I’m 70 so have had many meals!.. we made our feelings very clear to the waitress ( who was great) and then to the management … the latter seemed powerless so I escalated it to the GM… nothing was forthcoming and not even an apology … my summary is the management are arrogant and there are so many better places in Beaune!

I thought €30 for parking was a bit steep, especially as their electric chargers were not working. They also charged us €30 for our cocker spaniel. We didn’t realize this until the next morning when we checked out. Most places charge €20.
However, we would stay there again. You’ve just got to be careful about the extra charges. We didn’t eat in the restaurant I didn’t pre-book it as we would’ve been charged if we had changed our mind.
