Nice big clean rooms and bathrooms Nice Heritage property
1 Check in time is very late4 pm
We got there at 2 30 and requested that check in be done a bit earlier but they refused .
2 There is no service directory in the room, there was not even a number to call guest services or the reception
3 On check in there was no offer to help with the bags and we had to ask for help
Staff, especially at the reception is very helpful!
Location is great and the hotel just has a nice cozy but classy vibe.
Our room (prestige mezzanine) was great.
The bed could be slightly more comfortable.
Shower (water) could have more pressure.

Slechte ontvangst. Gym echt zo slecht. Terras ongezellig en hotel donker en ongezellig. Kamers split level super slecht. Douche in bad. Kortom geen 5 sterren niveau.

Chambre lumineuse et confortable. Service impeccable. Les lieux sont très agréables et bien situés, à proximité immédiate du centre de Beaune.
Красивий атмосферний готель. Приємно, що при вході для усіх клієнтів є безкоштовні пляшки з водою. Дуже красива територія. Доньці сподобалося, що в номері її зона була окремо на другому поверсі
Декор нашого номеру був простуватий, майже аскетичний. Проте, це моє бачення. Мало місця для зберігання одягу, якщо ви приїдете на тривалий час.
