Great property with service shortcomings.
Pros:

Thus is a 5 Star propert. Great location, nice setting, grounds exceptional.

Cons:

5 Star property with 3 Star service. No initiative, quite frankly energy, evident from the staff. Minimal help with restaurants and activities. It all starts with leadership and training. It’s a big opportunity!

perfect place to stay for us with good facilities and very helpful front desk staff

Restaurant was good food and beautiful environment
Breakfast would have been expensive except they reduced the price because we eat wery little at breakfast

A good choice but could be better.
Pros:

The location and staff are fantastic!
The restaurant Clos du Cedre, 1 Michelin star, is very good!

Cons:

The bed (we are in a queen bed room) was two single put together, this was very disappointing for us.
The pillows are small and hard, we claim to change and in the second night them attend us.
The breakfast is good, but we waiting more for this level of hotel, a short options from kitchen and the service to much slow!

Zentrale Lage , Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlichen Auswahlmöglichkeiten , Angenehme Atmosphäre im Garten

Cons:

Das Bistro ( es nennt sich Table Gourmande !! ) ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Das sogenannte Fitness hat die Grösse einer Abstellkammer und ist definitiv unbrauchbar.

Solides Hotel an guter Lage - nur die Preise entsprechen einem 5 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Solides Hotel mit offensichtlicher Tradition. Die Lage ist sehr gut; Valet, Gepäck-Service und Rezeption sind ebenfalls einwandfrei. Die Zimmer sind ok bis gut eingerichtet, Infrastruktur funktioniert, Badezimmer-/Dusche sehr gut. Getränke in der Minibar im Preis inbegriffen. Wir fühlten uns trotz gewisser Mängel sehr wohl. Schöner und gepflegter Aussenbereich.

Cons:

Die Kurzparkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel sind räumlich sehr beschränkt, v.a. parkieren dort Autos, bei denen man sich fragt, wieso machen/dürfen die das. Dem Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen (Clos Du Cèdre) fehlt es zum Teil an der professionellen, aufrichtigen Freundlichkeit und dem echten Interesse am Gast, die ich mir bei einem 5-Sterne Haus, bzw. 1-Stern Michelin Restaurant erhoffe. Ich erwarte absolut keine Bücklinge, aber ich möchte auch nicht froh sein müssen, dort mein Frühstück einnehmen zu dürfen. Das sogenannte "Hi-Speed"-WLAN war eine Katastrophe, unzuverlässig und alles andere als Hi-Speed. Den bereits in anderen Kommentaren erwähnte starke Geruch von Rauch im Barbereich muss man mögen (oder nicht). Und zu guter Letzt: Das alles ist viel zu teuer. Preise nahezu bei einem Top-Hotel in Paris oder London, aber für das Gebotene deutlich zu hoch. Allerdings, das Hotel war rege besucht, also offenbar gibt es keinen Anlass, etwas zu ändern.
