Pros:

ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem sensationellem Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel Cedre in Beaune ist wirklich eines der ersten Adessen.
Es ist schön gelegen, hat eine bequeme Bar und ein sagenhaftes Restaurant mit sensationellem Essen und einer großen Weinkarte.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer an der Straße gelegen und daher etwas Straßenlärm bis in die späten Abendstunden und ab morgens ca 6:30.

An amazing spot to getaway from work while you're away for work.
Pros:

The room was unique, clean, and provided a home away from home feeling. There was a loft and a window that looked out onto the street. The lobby area was an amazing spot to unwind and grab a glass of wine and a snack. Also, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and patient with any requests!

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was missing plates to serve food on and some food items weren't refilled until after we were done eating. It's making me write more to finish this part of the review but there is nothing else negative to say.

Pros:

Hotel is quite dated...however the restaurant was fabulous and I would think is what brings the hotel its guests. I feel the hotel is in need of upgrading and it doesn't feel like a 5 star.

Cons:

Very basic rooms, very dated along corridors. Staff are nice and the restaurant is excellent however without the restaurant this hotel would have been disappointing.

Wir besuchen diesen Ort jedes Jahr einmal mit Freunden, um ein entspanntes Wochenende mit kulinarischen Meisterwerken aus der Küche, und um am Samstag den Markt in Beaune zu besuchen. Das Hotel ist sehr persönlich mit grosser Detailliebe geführt. Was uns auch gefällt ist die Möglichkeit das Auto zu laden.
Auch dieses Jahr war das Abendessen wieder ein aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Den Empfhlungen des Sommeliers folgen wir jeweils gerne im angenehmen Preisklassen. Wir wurden auch dieses Jahr mit trefflichen Weinen zum Menu verwöhnt.

heel aardige ontvangst,
voortreffelijk ontbijt en aardig personeel.
tijdens diner fantastisch buiten kunnen eten aan prachtig gedekte tafels

bij de hoofdmaaltijd geen wijn, schandalig voor een restaurant met een Michelin ster.

1 nuit hôtel, restaurant , dej , boissons Car, grand amateur de vins. Compter 1000€ pour 2 pour vous faire très plaisir !

Une nuit, une démence de plus de 1000€ compris: hôtel, restaurant, vin et la problème !
Étant un établissement cinq étoiles je prends !
Je prends plusieurs bouteilles de vin une en particulier pour me faire plaisir car je connais le vigneron, j’en consomme régulièrement mais hélas a très dure à se procurer . Pour dire que je connais très bien le Vin, sachant que c’est mon métier, je précise que le vin était oxydé. Ce jeune sommelier après discussion jeune se permet de me dire après longue discussion que non, je dois payer la bouteille .
À ce moment-là je lui demande une bouteille d’une autre année, il s’exécute, je lui prouve. A+ B que le 20 était effectivement oxydé on lui montrant les différences sur les mêmes vins mais avec un an d’écart malheureusement il est resté sur sa position donc j’ai dû moi-même la ramener au domaine pour pouvoir me faire rembourser me faire échanger la bouteille ça j’ai pas trop apprécié. Par contre c’est pas un problème d’argent, je ce que je veux dire c’est un problème de nature .
Par la suite, voulant m’offrir deux verres de vin pour me remercier de pas faire un scandale que je trouvais ça sympathique de sa part, malheureusement facturé à la fin…
