With the accommodations it is included 1 hour of access to the SPA for each night reserved and an appointment is necessary.
Please note that children from 3 to 18 years can access the spa in the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday: Mornings from 12h to 14h and afternoons from 17 to 18 h.
Friday and Saturday: 12h to 18h uninterrupted. Reservation required and always when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years or younger are not permitted in the spa.
Please note that a swimming cap must be worn in the spa.

Los detalles no eran de un 5 estrellas:
Que te cobraran , sin avisar antes, los frutos secos que había sobre la mesa de la habitación, que la cafetera no funcionara (y es la misma que tenemos en casa), que sólo hubiera bañera larga pero estrecha y no plato de ducha. Que no hubiera cepillos de dientes, u otros en el baño, si lo querías tenías que pedirlo a recepción.
Baño grande pero mal diseñado, apenas había espacio para dejar tus bolsas de aseo.
Vimos al menos 4 perros de tamaño grande por el pasillo en 3 habitaciones, poco adecuado e higiénico en un hotel de cierto nivel.

Fiquei somente uma noite pois pretendia conhecer Caceres, pelo que o meu tempo neste hotel era limitado. Dada esta particularidade, Tinham poucos horarios disponiveis para o SPA que tem que se aceder com marcação prévia e massagens também já não havia disponibilidade. Não me faz sentido também num hotel de 5 estrelas não ter parte dos básicos na casa de banho, e ter que estar a ligar para a receção para me darem touca de banho.
