With the accommodations it is included 1 hour of access to the SPA for each night reserved and an appointment is necessary.
Please note that children from 3 to 18 years can access the spa in the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday: Mornings from 12h to 14h and afternoons from 17 to 18 h.
Friday and Saturday: 12h to 18h uninterrupted. Reservation required and always when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years or younger are not permitted in the spa.
Please note that a swimming cap must be worn in the spa.

Bar/restaurant aan groot zwembad zeer gezellig en relaxed!!

Les bâtiments sont beaux et plein de charme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. L'insonorisation est efficace. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. La piscine et ses alentours sont superbes.
Un petit déjeuner à 23€ c'est prohibitif. Pour notre deuxième soirée nous avons testé le restaurant de l'hôtel et ce fut très cher et très mauvais
La piscina
Pagué 827€ 3 noches, supuestamente 5*, Para ser un sitio en medio de la nada,con los servicios e instalaciones que tienen la calidad precio no concuerda, empezando por el desayuno, absolutamente insuficiente e insultante por ese precio ,he estado en hoteles de 3 y 4 estrellas que le dan mil vueltas en cualquier aspecto, desde la calidad a la cantidad.
el que cortó el jamón sabía cortar jamón (el de su casa ) 1 dedo de gordo y seco como la mojama , tortilla de patata mazacote no, lo siguiente (que en 5* tiene cojones la cosa, para eso no contraten “cocineros”) agua en tetabrick con toneladas de azúcar “marca día” (ellos lo llamaban Zumo) en general una calidad muy baja para querer cobrar casi 300 la noche.
Seguimos por el spa, duchas rotas, y como hayan 5-6 personas olvídate de disfrutar aquello que pagas,una pena , el servicio de los de la mañana bien pero una chica de recepción,Laia o algo así, no fueron las maneras en ningún momento (cuando haces aquello que te gusta se transmite, y cuando no, también).
Pedimos una manta por la noche para mi amiga, no nos lo quería dar ya que tenía que ir al almacén según ella , tiempo después vemos que en la habitación había uno , enserio no sabes lo que hay en las habitaciones?
Pasamos al momento Woo que llevas esperando tras saber que te han regalado 3 noches en una suite, llegas y encuentras unos caramelos (tal cual ) de cabalgata de reyes , en serio?? de regalo de bienvenida unos caramelos,deja muucho que desear, NADA RECOMENDABLE, GASTA TU DINERO EN CUÁL OTRO LUGAR , ESTE SITIO NO LO MERECE .
Everything else was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the gardens are immaculately maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming throughout our stay.
We travelled with our two dogs and were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for them in our room. It was a lovely gesture that made us feel genuinely welcome as pet owners.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. We will definitely return on our next visit to Cáceres
Only two very minor points. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were freshly prepared but not quite to our personal taste—it was simply a matter of cooking style and preference. We also felt that the €40 fee per dog was a little expensive.
These were only small details and did not affect what was otherwise an excellent stay.

La habitación: la ducha estaba sucia y con pelos, el suelo estaba sucio no se podía andar descalzo te ponías los pies negros, la habitación no era la que yo había solicitado…
