NOTE
With the accommodations it is included 1 hour of access to the SPA for each night reserved and an appointment is necessary.
Please note that children from 3 to 18 years can access the spa in the following hours:
Sunday to Thursday: Mornings from 12h to 14h and afternoons from 17 to 18 h.
Friday and Saturday: 12h to 18h uninterrupted. Reservation required and always when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years or younger are not permitted in the spa.

Please note that a swimming cap must be worn in the spa.

Het over het algemeen vriendelijke personeel

Cons:

Zwembad was niet open, water op de kamer was bruin ivm wegwerkzaamheden rond het complex, balkon zat onder de vogelpoep. Wij kregen een discount ivm het bruine water. Buitenmeubilair is aan vervanging toe. Spa is relatief klein en te druk ondanks “tijdslot”, niet alles werkt, wat ons betreft al met al zeker geen 5 sterren hotel.

Una estadía casi perfecta
Pros:

Todo en este hotel está hecho para verse y sentirse bien.
Y aunque esta en las afueras de la ciudad, aun el casco antiguo queda a solo 15 minutos.
La mejor opción si viajas en coche.

Cons:

La ducha un poco incomoda. Pero eso parece ser estándar español

Hôtel très bien soigné à l’extérieur de Cáceres, très bon spa. Personnel charmant
Pros:

Très bel hôtel situé à 10 minutes environ en voiture du centre historique de Cáceres. Très belle nature autour de l’hôtel. Hôtel très bien décoré et très propre. Accueil très professionnel de la part de Medhi et très chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable avec de bons produits de beauté. Cadeau avec une heure offerte au spa et j’étais seule comme si je l’avais privatisé.

Cons:

Ce n’était pas la faute de l’hôtel car il y a des travaux à côté de l’hôtel et l’eau était un peu marron pour la douche ou au spa. Au spa juste le hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas si bien. Et attention car présence de couleuvres ou autres serpents près des lavandes dans les buissons!!!!

Pros:

Mooie kamer en net. Vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid! Ook prachtige omgeving rond het hotel.
Mooie beplanting. Met als toetje broedende ooievaars! Je hebt verschillende mogelijkheden om te dineren: van gastronomisch tot simpel.

Cons:

Geen gratis fles water op de kamer. ( was er wel maar tegen betaling). Handsproeier was instabiel. Daardoor veel water op de vloer.

Paraiso en Caceres
Pros:

Uno de los pocos sitios que es realmente pet friendly y no solo toleran a tu mascota (además de cobrarte por ella). Al llegar no te leen la cartilla con más prohibiciones que cosas permitidas, como en casi todos los hoteles "pet friendly" que hemos estado.
Además nos dejaron dos camas, dos platos dobles, unos premios, unas bolsas de caca y unos juguetes. Maravilloso.

Saliendo del tema mascotas, el hotel es precioso, el entorno una maravilla y el personal y servicio son de autentico 10. La comida también esta muy muy buena (especialmente las migas del desayuno).

Cons:

Por poner un pero, diría que el servicio de masajes del balnerio podría mejorar un poco (aunque es bastante bueno ya). En otros sitios te ofrecen más variedad de masajes, te ofrecen distintos aceites y fragancias para el masaje, etc... Aquí lo cierto es que solo te preguntaban la duración y como lo querías de intenso.
Aunque insisto que luego el masaje en sí estaba muy bien y el personal era super atento y amable.

A fabulous night stay, one to remember for future journeys down to Portugal.
Pros:

Great location, car parking on site, quiet, beautiful scenery. Staff very friendly,helpful and no difficulty in translation. A real bonus for us was the cafe restaurant severing food early evening which was lovely. As we don’t like to eat late at night. The room and the bed so very comfy.
