Alles war sehr gut und das Hotelbesitzer- Ehepaar war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer aber kein Kaffee oder Tee.

La qualite des chambres est très bonne , la proximite directe du lac et de la plage est un veritable atout est donne un charme indéniable à l hotel . Le personnel est aimable et très à l écoute , le restaurant propose des plats savoureux . C est une adresse que nous recommandons fortement .

Bel soggiorno, camera pulita, ristorante gradevole e cucina apprezzabile.

Die Hotelküche ist hervoragend, daher ist das Restaurant auch von vielen Italienern besucht! Gutes Zeichen, oder?! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel liegt idyllisch an einem See. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet eine gute Küche.

Ein "putziges" kleines familiengeführtes Hotel direkt am Lago Mergozzo gelegen, auf der Seeseite gibt es einen kleinen Badestrand, Liegen werden vom Hotel gestellt. Auf einer großzügigen Terrasse mit Seeblick lässt es sich wunderbar entspannt frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein genießen. Das gleichnamige Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt die Speisen lesen sich aber vorzüglich. Der pittoreske Ort Mergozzo is nur ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt, ein Spaziergang dort durch die schmalen verwinkelten Gassen lohnt sich! TIP für Motorradfahrer: Ideal als Ausgangsort für Tagesetappe Richtung Schweiz über Simplon- und Grimselpass.

The hotel would not honor my reservations after I showed up at reception. The front door was locked, so I rang the doorbell at the hotel. A guest let us in. There was no one at reception after I rang the bell at the desk, so I used my mobile to contact them. The lady who answered said there are no room available. I called her back and would not answer my cal. I presume she left for the evening. I could see 3 keys at the counter available at the hotel. The computer at reception was unlocked and I could see my reservation details in the inbox.

I booked my reservation and received my confirmation via email. Upon arriving at the hotel, no one was in the reception and a guest let us in as he was leaving. We rang the bell, no one arrived, so I called them on my mobile. The lady was rude and said there were no rooms available and hung up, plus we spoke italian. We called back and she blocked my mobile #. We used the hotel phone to call and she wouldn't answer. I could see 3 hotel room keys hanging, so obviously room were availalble. We used the computer at the reception to find another hotel room in the area, it was fully unlocked with access to the hotel's email and all other data. I could see my reservation in her inbox along with other private details. If you want to waste your time, receive bad service, have a hotel not honor your reservation, feel free to stay here. BTW, hotels.com called her 3 times and she said she doesn't speak english as they were trying to assist in sorting out my reservation
