I liked the location.
The buffet was very good and drinks in the bar reasonably priced. The bar staff were very friendly and tried very hard to interact with us.

Cons:

I found the bed firm and uncomfortable and the decor a bit dated.

Convienient & suited our stay on this occasion.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The staff were for the most part excellent. Location for us was very good.

Cons:

One man on reception needs to be more customer focussed and friendly. Our bedroom door did not click shut and had to be firmly pushed to close it securly (1120). Our room was consistantly very noisey from the bar area late at night with karaoke and entertainment (passed midnight). Too many extra charges, e.g room safe - parking.

One night stay
Pros:

We booked this hotel as we were going to a show at Benidorm Palace. So the location was perfect as it is literally across the road.

The staff were lovely especially in the restaurant.

Cons:

During our stay there were a few issues with the room. The shower was not working properly and the toilet was running constantly. As we only stayed for one night, we reported this at checkout rather than requesting a room change or maintenance to attend.

It was not possible to adjust the temperature in the room, so it was colder than we would have liked, especially as it is still quite cold at night at this time of year.

There were also no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room. In other hotels we have stayed at in Benidorm, this has always been provided, so this was disappointing.

When I made the booking, the hotel took full payment but advised there was an issue with my card. The details were correct, and when I tried to call the hotel the property was closed for winter and the recorded message was in Spanish. The booking was cancelled so I then made the booking again using a different card and the payment went through.

When the hotel reopened, I called and mentioned this at check-in. The staff explained that the recorded message was in Spanish because I called a Spanish number, which I found difficult to understand, as in my job I call hotels regularly, including in Spain, and this has never happened before.

Overall, the stay was fine for one night, but the issues above were disappointing and I doubt I would stay here again.

Pros:

The Hotel, is the ideal location for the Benidorm Palace, which is what we wanted, the Hotel is very, very clean food was good, rooms where very well kept, the staff are very helpful,

Cons:

Only the Bed, far to hard, couldn't sleep on it stayed the first night, but did not stay for the second, although, we had paid, we went home on the 2nd night, after the Show.
