No nos gustó mucho la cama que estaba un poco hundida y las almohadas muy blandas. Y la comida no había mucha variedad para elegir.

The hotel is situated fairly well related to beach and restaurants.

Cons:

The attitude from some of the staff is a disaster. Especially the two women in the reception. Not a smile and totally uninterested in the guests, not even looking up or noticing us when passing the reception. When arriving no welcoming words, no warmth, no info about the premises. So bad. Ande when leaving no comments like "Hope you enjoyed your stay" Just so bad. The breakfast space was more like a school cantina with a staff that looked like they hated their jobs. The food was totally without any finesse. The rooms were uncharming without a working safe locker and worn out wardrobes.

CUIDADO CON HOTELES DE TRES ESTRELLAS
Pros:

Felpa 100% ALG. limpia y blanca; IDEM con la lencería de cama; nos entregaron una suite por una espera larga; permiten depositar las maletas; la piscina no se masifica; se detalla PH y CLORO a diario al público; "Acuda servicio mantenimiento a habitaciones" fue de inmediato; bar de los mejores, no por las vistas, sino por comodidad, tranquilidad, ambiente y aforo.

Cons:

Mantenimiento: dejadez, desidia y abandono en todo el hotel, dentro y fuera de habitaciones piscina incluida; Limpieza: personal lento, desorganizado, carencias profesionales y poco amables con los clientes; Restaurante: mucho frito y requemado por no decir, carbonizado. Comida podrida. Sirvieron una coliflor... con la que me puse mala. Los dátiles no les quitan los huesos. Chipirones sin limpiar y con la pluma. No hay menú diario, reciclan bandejas del día en la cena y para el día el siguiente. Sirven sobre la marcha, lo que tienen y de la forma más rápida. Al personal de cocina le falta nociones básicas de cocina. Cuando se termina un producto...que suele ser con la primera o segunda bandeja que reponen, sirven otro diferente, no es remplazado por el mismo. Si llegan grupos, montan un buffet al lado diferente al existente y sirven comida caliente. La habitual no tiene stand calientes ni fríos. Nada de variedad ni cocinado en las elaboraciones. Sirvieron albóndigas que o eran de lata o del paté que sobró en la cena. El cual, debieron aprovechar. Pusieron un bloque de paté grandísimo en una fuente como una opción de primer plato que no gustó mucho. La pasta cocida y el arroz blanco, lo tenías siempre, con ello rellenan dos huecos del expositor, la pizza y la paella casi a diario. Comida sin letreros, unas veces sabes lo que comes y otras, dudas si puedes comerlo. El gazpacho lo sirven en jarras de dos en dos y del tiempo, los clientes esperando hasta que vuelven a reponer, en lugar de tener un recipiente grande y frío para que el cliente se lo sirva fresquito. La piezas de fruta no las puedes pelar porque los cuchillos no cortan. Sobre los postres, son pura glucosa. Los zumos idem o agua con colorante. Los desayunos, si no te apetece salado, la variedad de dulce es rutinaria y altamente mejorable. No ponen churros ningún día de la semana. Recepción: esperamos cansados del viaje más de 3h para la habitación, por la modalidad de atrasar la estancia el último día.
