Not quite what we expected 😥
Pros:

The staff were nice enough but very slow checking.

Cons:

We booked this property as it had a 1 pm check in. There were other hotels nearby that looked much nicer for the same price however the check in was not until 3 pm. We arrived 1.15 pm and after standing at reception for 1 hour we were told our room wasn’t ready until 4. We came back at 4.30 pm and stood waiting for another 45 minutes until we could check in. It was almost 5.30 pm when we finally checked in. We were at an event and had to leave to checkin. The room was very basic, badly decorated, the air con did not work, the curtains were torn, the terrace was crumbling. When the cleaner came she left the terrace door open. Which led onto other terrace doors. Nothing was taken from our room fortunately so it wasn’t an issue, however it should not have happened. We stayed only 2 nights.
However, Staff were pleasant enough, although seemed rather tired and bored. We speak fluent Spanish so we communicated well. I don’t think the reception staff all speak English, but why would they, it’s Spain. We wont return, sadly not the best hotel. But the staff tried.

Pros:

Bien ubicado. Piscina grande aunque demasiado profunda y sucia, no tenía ni una sombra..Nos dejaron cambiar la cena por la comida y quedarnos en la piscina.

Cons:

No podíamos secar los bikinis ni las toallas porque las habitaciones no tenian cómo poder tenderlo (siendo un hotel en plena costa). La comida fatal, todo recalentado y muy poca variedad, nos pusimos malos.. el aire acondicionado del comedor está altísimo, tuvimos que ponernos una toalla encima a primera hora de la mañana y desayunar con ella puesta… En general está todo bastante dejado..es una pena porque podría ser un buen hotel.

There are much better options for this price.
Pros:

The female receptionist was very calm and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel needs urgent renovating. The paint is worn out. The showers are broken. The rooms were very noisy. At first, our room was very hot and the air conditioning was not working. There were issues with the room cleaning. The hotel is suitable for children's sports camps with low expectations.

It was very dated really poor lighting in the room. The breakfast was not good very little choice. There were lots of school children on a trip which meant we couldn’t go to the pool in the afternoon and it was very noisy.

Všechno, byla jsem zde počtvrté, takže spokojenost.

Bohužel zde bylo ubytováno hodně dětí, asi školní výlety, takže velký hluk v restauraci a u bazénu.
