Hotel Golden Lake Resort

Sollte bald renoviert werden……

Ren och fin hotel med vänliga, hjälpsamma personal. Frukosten var underbar. Sängarna var sköna. Vi bokade även massage och den var fantastisk. Helt nöjd med vistelsen.

Muito bem localizado. Bom para quem tem filhos ou gosta de hoteis com muita atividade pois é um local para toda a familia

We loved the resort. We had great massages, loved the indoor swimming pool, salt room, steambath, and outdoor sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was the electricity outage we experienced several times in room 208. They moved us to room 142 and we again experienced an electricity outage one time.

We had a very relaxing 3 day stay and found the hotel to be clean and efficiently managed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Oppholdet var bra. Mannen i resepsjonen som hadde innsjekkingen var exellent. Han traff vi på flere ganger. Den "andre" som var i resepsjonen under vårt forhold har derimot mye å lære på å smile og vise mer vennlighet. Spa-Behandling var, iflg min kone MEGET bra !

Silverline is a great hotel, but maybe more so for families than solo travelers. The wellness area was great, but if you want to get proper use for it you will have to share it with loads of happy and playfully kids.

The room was great, the location was great. Would recommend to my friends with family ;)

There are old rooms and then there are renovated rooms.they make no distinction when booking online and I think when you book online you get the old crappy ones

Great spa area, nice view on the lake (not from every room) Central located and nice bars around. But a little bit waiting for a renovation in some parts of the room (bath, mattresses) and the dinner buffet is not realy standard for a 4 * "superiour".

Room was old, renovation is required. It is well located next to the port and 12 minutes away from the train station. Hotel reception staff was helpful. It was fine to stay one night.

It was beautiful. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The services are excellent.

Great location in centre of the town, very clean. Plenty space by the pools , thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully get the chance to return.

部屋に虫がたくさんいました。

Emplacement idéal , bon rapport qualité prix, accueil un peu rigide, ils ne savent pas faire avec les clients. Serviettes de mauvaise qualité et pour finir en note positive, vu côté Lac très sympa plus endroit très calme.

A luxus lakosztályhoz tartozó fürdő tisztasága egy elhanyagolt, nyilvános WC állapotához hasonlított. Szembesítés a takarító személyzettel, folyosókon kóborlás, átköltözés egy másik lakosztályba... A pihenésre szánt du-tán egy cirkuszi előadássá változott. Hajbókolás, kéztördelés, elnézések kérése a szálloda részéről...
Távozáskor mellébeszélés, számlázáskor átverés, ígéret utólagos telefonos egyeztetésre => nem hívtak fel.

Ide soha többé, ha bárki kérdez a szálloda felől => borzalom.
