Céntrico y con lo necesario
Pros:

La ubicación. Céntrico, cerca de lugares turísticos importantes y se puede ir caminando.

Cons:

Ascensor pequeño y gradas estrechas. Y se vuelve un poco complicado subir con maletas grandes. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Pros:

Месторасположение отеля на 10+. Метро прямо у выхода, через дорогу остановка автобусов. 3 мин и вы на набережной, 4 мин в другую сторону и вы в подземном городе. Супермаркеты, еда всё очень близко и доступно. Не говоря уже про достопримечательности! Всё в пешей доступности. Мы на автобусе подъезжали только до Монмартра (30 мин).
Что касается самого отеля - маленький, уютный. Есть лифт, небольшой, но главное есть!!! У нас в номере был чайник ( чай, кофе) и даже мини холодильник ( не рассчитывали)! Супер! Очень удобное заселение ( с 14.00). Кстати, приехали с утра, оставили вещи в отеле без проблем. Выезжали утром, но автобус был вечером, поэтому снова оставили вещи в отеле!
Завтрак чисто французский - багет, круассаны, сок апельсиновый, кофе и разные намазочки ( сыр, масло, джем, мед...). Вкусно и сытно!

Cons:

Если честно, думали, что сможем заселится раньше, т.к. были такие отзывы...но не получилось. Это не минус, это для тех кто, читая отзывы, тоже рассчитывает на раннее заселение - лучше не рассчитывайте. 😀
Завтраки чисто для женщин, для мужчин маловато...😳

Pros:

First off, this is no 5-star resort, and I had no expectations of it being such. But the room was smaller than I had expected, though still adequate. The bathroom was also very small, but still sufficient. I think this is just a consequence of the old architecture of the building. Also, the bed was fairly comfortable. The location was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd rate this as 2-1/2 stars at most.

I also noticed that there was only heating, and no air conditioning. But being that it was early March, the air outside was quite cool. So it was never too hot in the room. But I would be reluctant to stay there in the summer, especially given that I am much more used to a cold climate being a Canadian.

Cons:

The bath towels though were very thin. Because of this, water inevitably pooled around the shower because I could not adequately dry myself before stepping out of the shower. Also, house keeping did not clean the room the last two days I stayed there. If not for this, I would not given a higher rating.

Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Déçu du petit déjeuner. Très peux à manger, uniquement un croissant et un petit morceau de baguette. Confiture, Nutella, fromage restreint sans choix d'autre chose. Un seul café par personne sinon demande de supplément

Le petit déjeuner est servi à côté de l' hôtel dans un "resto" Pas de choix : un croissant et du pain et surtout un serveur mal aimable qui ne fait aucun effort

Le foto appartenenti a Booking sono delle camere rinnovate, noi abbiamo avuto una camera molto vecchia e sporca. Abbiamo fatto reclamo alla reception e ci hanno detto di parlare domani con il capo. Esso ci ha cambiato la stanza in condizioni un po’ più discrete ma la stanza era sempre in quello stile vecchio e sporco. Dalle foto che ci sono su Booking non c entra nulla. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile la colazione ottima, anche se non hai molto su qui scegliere a parte le bevande.

La posizione è eccellente: appena usciti dall’hotel ci si trova davanti a una delle fermate principali della metro, che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti di interesse. Inoltre, il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Partiamo dall’interno della stanza: si percepisce aria di chiuso sia nel bagno sia nella camera da letto. Gli arredamenti sono datati e il piatto doccia è rovinato. Il phon funziona a intermittenza. Inoltre, la luce della stanza ha smesso di funzionare.

Excellent location, great value!
Pros:

The location is ideal, right at the heart of the 1st Arr. You can walk to the Louvre in 6 minutes and about 10 min. to Notre Dame. I enjoyed walking all around Paris due to the amazing location of this hotel. There are also many stores for shopping, groceries, cafes, and restaurants in the area. You truly have everything you need walking distance from this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple (coffee, juice, fresh bread, butter and jam) but ideal for a quick bite before heading out to explore Paris.

Cons:

The shower did not have hot water, just lukewarm. Since it was still cold in Paris when I visited, I longed for a hot shower at the end of the day. However, the water was never hot, just lukewarm. I informed the staff but they mentioned not having any issues with the hot water. I was on the 4th floor (room 42) so I am not sure if this was a floor or room problem. The mini fridge in my room did not work. I also informed the staff and they reported the issue immediately but since my stay was only there for 3 nights, they were not able to fix it during my stay. They let me use the staff fridge by the lobby. If you are visiting during the weekend, it can get loud outside during the night.
