Very comfortable, friendly staff, so convenient for the metro and city centre

Lovely breakfast, just next door, where they do lovely crepes too (we had one the night before)

mauvais souvenir, hôtel à éviter !!

Cons:

hôtel dans quartier très bruyant toute la nuit, pas de CLIMATISATION seulement un vieux ventilateur qui ne rafraîchit pas, petit déjeuner sommaire servi dans fastfood à côté de l'hôtel !!
le prix est de beaucoup bien trop cher et non justifié !!!

Por tener buena ubicación no todo vale

Lo único positivo que puedo destacar sobre este alojamiento es la ubicación.

Cons:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, pero no compensa el estado de la habitación. Para dos personas disponía de cama, una mesita de noche, escritorio,una silla y un armario con solo tres perchas, una de ellas rota. El espacio de almacenamiento era prácticamente inexistente.

Lo peor fue el estado de mantenimiento: varios enchufes no funcionaban, la lámpara estaba rota, la televisión no funcionaba y la cisterna del baño estaba averiada y hacía ruido constantemente. El ventilador que nos dieron tampoco funcionaba correctamente; pedimos otro, pero era tan pequeño que tuvimos que colocarlo sobre la única silla de la habitación.

Informamos a recepción, pero no recibimos prácticamente ninguna ayuda ni una solución adecuada,simplemente "el electricista habría hecho mal las conexiones eléctricas"

El desayuno se servía en el local contiguo al hotel y era bastante básico: café,zumo, media baguette, un croissant y pequeñas porciones de mantequilla, queso y Nutella.

En definitiva, una estancia decepcionante. Una buena ubicación no justifica unas instalaciones tan deficientes ni una atención al cliente tan poco resolutiva.

awful stay and will not be repeated at all

the hotel is not clean and the rooms are to tight and they forced me to reserve two rooms while i used one room only with my wife and no refund have been made, the ventilation is awful and the bath room is so tight and so bad and there are cockroaches in the room and the elevator is so narrow almost take 1 person

Lo elegimos siempre por la practicidad de su ubicación.
