Pleasing stay ,friendly run and helpful staff.Close to kings beach ,which is a far better area than the city, nice room with balcony and fridge, tv reception satalite is poor, amenities and breakfast are good , really you have the feeling of staying in somebody's house .

We only had time for one night, but we would have liked to stay longer. The property was beautiful, including the pool. They served us a wonderful breakfast in the morning on the patio. We left directly from the property to go for a run on the beach just a few blocks away.

The service was the best we've had in a long time. The hotel room was very nice and we relaxed fully.

Very dissappointing, we arrived to be told nobody knew about the booking. I had to ring at gate 3 times to get a response. The lady then made various calls to find out what she must do, made me speak to a person who told me she doesn't speak English and dropped the phone down in my ear.Eventually the lady/receptionist/cook/cleaner gave us a room. I had booked and paid for the room on the internet early in August.One would not expect this from a guest house with 4 star rating.

My son and daughter accompanied me for a 1 night stay at Aristotle Guest House. The service was impeccable. The rooms were spotless and well equipped with a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. We had a very good night's sleep. The breakfast was wonderful. Joleen was friendly and offered a good service. Constructive criticism to the owners: the ashtray on the balcony of our room hadn't been emptied, being a non smoker this made me nauseous when I stepped onto the balcony the next morning. No emergency lights (these are cheap to buy and if plugged in would automatically turn on during load shedding)- we arrived during load shedding and were led into the house with a torch. Only 1 dirt bin in the bathroom. It would have made it easier to have a bin where the tea was being made. We would have stayed another night if the guest house was not fully booked. I would highly recommend this guest house to everyone and we can't wait to get back there again.

The Guest House is lovely, however there is no attention to detail. Five rooms sleeping around 16 people with only five tables for breakfast, seating 10. Guests had to wait in the entrance hall to be served breakfast. Coffee machine is old and coffee cold.No hair dryer in the room. Coffe and tea in the rooms not topped up, and I had to ask. We waited long for them to answer the bell when we arrived. Not enough parking, got parked in, and guests had to be woken up to move cars. Certain guests invited other people to a "party" in their rooms. Absolute chaos, no control at all. By far the worse experience of a guest house I have had.

The facilities are fine but the room was bit stuffy.No wifi in the room we stayed.

Nice place to stay. Just a little noisy with the overhead air traffic approaching for landing at the PE airport. Very clean with excellent friendly service.

Spent only one night but it was lovely! From the decor to the breakfast, the great service and the cute cats who are hanging all over the place and giving it a "home like" feeling.

Really enjoyed our stay and definitelly recommending it!

Nice place, good service - overall the neighborhood is fine as we did walk through it a few times, but not close to any stores or restaurants - so it was inconvenient without a car -

The guest house is in a great location and neighborhood. Not too far away from the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
