O atendimento no geral é bom, mas o do restaurante foi muito profissional e prestável.
A comida do restaurante é boa, e tem um preço justo para hotel.

O sofá do quarto é muito baixo. Devia ter uma pega na parede da banheira para ajudar na entrada/saída. Senti-me desconfortável ao chegar quando me informaram que se tivesse reservado diretamente com eles teria outras regalias e que tinham a agenda cheia para os tratamentos (.não acredito ). Apenas tinham provavelmente uma possibilidade para um tratamento de relaxamento na água que acabamos por recusar.
Houve um dia em que a minha mulher queria jantar mas como há noite eu como normalmente uma sandes do bar e quando muito umas sopa ela teve que jantar sozinha. No dia dos anos dela abriram uma excepção que recusamos bem com a oferta do bolo. No restante é espetacular.
Espaço muito agradável, as piscinas são fenomenais, e o staff é muito prestável e simpático. Super relaxante e o conceito faz sentido em todo o espaço. Gostei muito. As refeições e o pequeno almoço foram muito boas! Gostei da atenção em dar as águas nos vários dias.
A marquesa do Vichy tem uma peça para a cabeça que faz pressão contra a testa, deixando a coluna a fazer pressão contra o crânio. Numa massagem de relaxamento faz o efeito contrário e, é um pouco contraproducente.

We had an excellent stay and everything went perfectly. The hotel is charming, peaceful, and beautifully located in the middle of the mountains, making it an ideal place to relax and disconnect.
The room was extremely comfortable, and the bed provided a perfect night's sleep. We especially appreciated the private terrace with its stunning mountain views.
I highly recommend the restaurant, particularly the à la carte menu (which should be booked in advance). The dishes showcase local specialties from the Serra da Estrela region and are prepared with great care and quality. The service throughout our stay was outstanding: kind, attentive, and professional.
The spa was another highlight. It features a huge swimming pool and all the facilities you could wish for, including a jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna. It was never overcrowded (we went in august), which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I also treated myself to a traditional Chinese massage. The therapist was highly professional, applied exactly the right amount of pressure, and provided helpful and relevant wellness advice.
Overall, a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and excellent service in a beautiful mountain setting.
