Pros:

We had a gorgeous room with a lake view and small porch. This was suite (upgraded) room. The ceiling was super high and the room was well-appointed. The restaurant overlooks the lake and was lovely. We had great service in the restaurant and for drinks in the courtyard. We used the laundry service which was excellent but very pricey.

Sehr schönes Haus, Zimmer und Frühstück ok
Pros:

Reception und Gemeinschaftsräume sind wunderschön renoviert. Das Zimmer hingegen war eher Standard, klein, schmal, mit einem kleinen Fenster auf die Hauptstrasse nicht sinnvoll zu lüften, und ohne Klimaanlage - bei den aktuellen Sommertemperaturen recht unangenehm.
Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Vermisst habe ich warme Speisen wie z. B. Rührei (Crèpes waren vorhanden) und einen Fruchtsalat, der nicht nur aus Äpfeln besteht. Der Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse ist ziemlich spektakulär.
Alles in allem am Preis gemessen kein Highlight, aber in Ordnung.

Das Budget-Einzelzimmer war recht klein, das Bad ungewohnt gross. Leider keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator im Zimmer. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht ganz angenehm. Update der Zimmer und Flure wäre fällig.

Très bon hôtel en famille ou en solo
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville et juste à côté du château, il y a des place de parking disponible devant. Le personnel est très sympathique, le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni. J'avais une chambre standard spacieuse et agréable, la literie est confortable et la salle de bains bien que petite fonctionnelle et très propre tout comme la chambre. J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je ne peux que conseiller cet hôtel.

Zimmer in Ordnung, leider mit nicht passenden Wandfarben (zitronengelb und orange), billigen Möbeln und sehr weichen Matratzen. Das Doppelbett sehr spartanisch. Bad sauber bis auf den Duschabfluss. Das Bad extrem klein und eng.
Sehr schön istxder Blick auf den See und die Lage in der Altstadt. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt neben dem Hotel.

Nice hotel in quaint old town of Murten. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as hotels own one. Lovely view of the lake from the breakfast room. Good continental breakfast. We stayed for one night as a stopover travelling from the Swiss Alps up to Germany. Easy parking outside hotel which also has garage if required.

Situation agréable dans la vieille ville, très pratique pour assister au festival des lumières.
Accueil agréable et personnalisé, en français.
Agréable chambre avec vue sur le lac.
Magnifique buffet pour le petit-déjeuner, jus d'oranges pressées frais, bonnes confitures, notamment la confiture au gingembre. Serveur sympathique et serviable.
