Pros:

Large and spacious apartment, close to Napoli Centrale. Breakfast in the room was excellent, and the hotel manager was helpful.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter et environnement sympathique pour s'alimenter.
Pros:

L'hôtel était situé proche de la gare centrale et des métros et des bus.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était apporté en chambre trop tardivement avec un seul café.
La connexion wifi ne se faisait pas.
Moins important mais à signaler, la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait plus après quelques jours.
Néanmoins je remercie le réceptionniste Giovanni qui s'est avéré très accommodant.

Not good value for the money.
Pros:

The shower was good.

Cons:

The sink (in toilet) was incredibly small. Unsuitable for washing hands, or face, or shaving. There was no toiled seat plastic raising seat cover.
The male on reception was especially unkind, and he insisted in the end that check-out was at 10.30, in spite of the fact that it is advertised as 11.00.
The street of the hotel is full of garbage, papers, plastic bags, ...

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the man working behind the desk brought me a coffee to my door in the early morning. (I was heading to the airport for an early flight). I thought that was very kind and friendly!

Vous nous aviez vendu du rêve mais c'est ne pas le cas! Trop déçu
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner ? Horrible servi dans l appartement avec 4 croissants à chancunes , du café servi déjà avec des verres en plastiques Horrible !!!! Le gars était très chelou. C'est la première et dernière fois que je mettrais mes pieds là-bas. Pas de télé dès l'arrivée . De vendredi à dimanche pas de femme de ménage et... l'accueil n'était pas ça ! Jsuis trop déçu. Je ne recommande pas.

Cons:

Tout. Nous étions au 3 ème étage l ascenseur impossible d'accéder on avait pas là clé. Le service n'est pas au top! Franchement l'accueil c'est juste impressionnant !!!!!!!!! Plus jamais

choix de dernière minute mais ayant repondu à mes attentes
Pros:

- Situation geographique ; proche du centre historique (j'ai presque tout fait à pieds) , restaurants et cafés , navette aeroport juste à coté , train pouir Pompei et autre destination juste à coté.
- Propreté et litterie confortable.
- Disponibilé , réactivité et gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

- Le petit dejeuner pourrait etre amélioré mais reste correcte.
- Le bruit le matin pourrait etre réduit mais c'etait plus les autres voyageurs que le personnel!

Pros:

Area is a bit shady, but close to the train station. He asked me if I smoked, I said no, then he put me in another room.
I read some bad reviews but can't support them, staff spoke some English but was very friendly, might be the booking.com bonus.
