The best thing about Hotel Iris is its location. It’s very close to Naples Central Railway Station, making it convenient for trains, the metro, and exploring the city. If you’re looking for a place with easy access to transportation, this hotel is a good choice.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The owner was unfriendly and not welcoming. During the afternoon, the staff made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to relax.
The bathroom was also inconvenient. There was no separate toilet—only a toilet with an integrated bidet, which I found uncomfortable to use.
Another issue was that there was no body wash provided in the bathroom. When I asked for it, I was told to use the hand soap instead, which is not an acceptable substitute for guests.
Overall, the hotel’s convenient location does not make up for the lack of comfort and hospitality.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona considerando che dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla fermata della metro. La colazione era soddisfacente e apprezzabile la possibilità di scegliere l'orario di consegna. La stanza aveva dimensioni accettabili, con bagno nella media e doccia adeguata anche per persone di corporatura robusta.
Only how close it was to the train station
From the beginning, the hosts were rude, even worse when we had a problem with our key. The room was nothing like the photos. Noisy people coming and going all night. The neighborhood at night...
Il propierario é stato super disponobile e gentile. Ci ha consegnato la camera anche se eravamo in anticipo e alla mattina della partenza ci ha preparato un caffè alle 5 del mattino.
Posizione super per chi si muove con i mezzi, praticamente dietro la stazione. Prezzo onesto. Ci torneremo.

Okay... honestly I was a little nervous about this one. We got in late and walked from the train station a short 5- 8 minute walk with our luggage. Bonus. A bit of a gritty part of town, but no issues. Buzzed in and found our way to the office where we met Giovanni/Gionni (John) after making our way in the tiny but fun elevator. Little bit of language barrier since the extent of my italian is pretty much Buongiorno. My bad. But he got us settled in and helped us with our luggage. The lighting (motion activated) on the way down the hall to our room made me laugh. The room was clean and bed was comfy with medusa versace design on it. The breakfast was pastries and juice and yogurt and cappuccinos and little sandwiches, brought directly to our room at a time we suggested. Giovanni was fun and made me laugh. It's a quirky but in my opinion a delightful place. And the price was great. And a great location to take a ferry to Capri!

Chambre très petite. La climatisation fonctionner pas bien.
Attól függetlenül, hogy csak 1 csillagos szálloda, minden rendben volt! Ami különösen szimpatikus, hogy nagyon segítőkészek, és figyelmesek a recepciósok! Nagyon jó helyen, közel a Garibaldi pálya udvarhoz! Minden nap volt takarítás, kétnaponta cserélték az ágyneműt és a törölközőket kérés nélkül! Köszönjük szépen ezt a hozzáállást! Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

Uscivo la mattina presto e tornavo la sera : Vesuvio e Pompei ,Ischia ,Capri e Anacapri ,escursione in barca grotta azzurra ,Napoli e Napoli sotterranea...tutto con mezzi pupplici dalla stazione centrale a 200metri ..

I soldi che ho speso in meno ,
rispetto ad altre strutture , mi hanno dato la possibilità di visitare più luoghi e rimanere nel budget ...

Lo staff perfetto pulizie serietà un hotel anche se una zona molto frequentata tranquillissimo la colazione ottima ve lo consiglio in centro io ci ritornerò sicuramente e poi voi ragazze se vedete il proprietario giovane fighissimo me ne potreste innamorare
