Pros:

500m de la gare. Resto au coin de la rue. Belle chambre tout confort. Clim. Petit dej simple mais complet (Petit sandwich jambon fromage + croissants super frais + yaourt + jus orange et café)

Cons:

Au 1er abord, rue et bâtiment de banlieue (ça craint) mais immeuble sécurisé portail + entrée hotel surveillé).rien à craindre il y a même un hotel 4* à 200m dans la même rue.

Budget friendly hotel
Pros:

They are flexible in guest request , we requested early breakfast before 8am , and luggage storage after check out the staff are kind and the room are clean .

Cons:

There is no trash cans in our room . Outside the hotel there’s a lot of bystander .

The best thing about Hotel Iris is its location. It’s very close to Naples Central Railway Station, making it convenient for trains, the metro, and exploring the city. If you’re looking for a place with easy access to transportation, this hotel is a good choice.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The owner was unfriendly and not welcoming. During the afternoon, the staff made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to relax.

The bathroom was also inconvenient. There was no separate toilet—only a toilet with an integrated bidet, which I found uncomfortable to use.

Another issue was that there was no body wash provided in the bathroom. When I asked for it, I was told to use the hand soap instead, which is not an acceptable substitute for guests.

Overall, the hotel’s convenient location does not make up for the lack of comfort and hospitality.
