Good stay!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great and very central, it is very close to Naples Central Station and within walking distance of the National Archaeological Museum, the Naples Underground tour and the centre of the old town of Naples. The rooms and breakfast are good and the staff are quite friendly.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the hotel.

CARABINIERI INTERVENUTI ALL'1 DI NOTTE

Ho dovuto chiamare i CARABINIERI a causa della persona presente alla reception di cui non so il nome ma si è identificato come il proprietario. Qualcosa di surreale. Mi ha urlato in faccia e minacciata di non voler uscire dalla camera in cui dovevo dormire in quanto era il proprietario e poteva fare quello che voleva. Ho urlato chiedendo aiuto ma presumibilmente non era presente nessun altro nella struttura. Sosteneva che avevo pagato booking e non a lui quindi poteva rimanere nella camera. I carabinieri sono intervenuti quasi all'1 di notte e mi hanno espressamente detto che non è la prima volta che vengono chiamati da clienti che alloggiano in questa struttura. Assolutamente una struttura da chiudere ed una persona da allontanare da questo luogo. Non è accettabile ricevere minacce dal personale che a questo punto ritengo fosse sotto qualche effetto stupefacente. Non mi interessa commentare la struttura perché c'è stata solo molta paura per una donna da sola che doveva solo soggiornare.

Procederò con dovuta denuncia a chi di competenza.

Large and spacious apartment, close to Napoli Centrale. Breakfast in the room was excellent, and the hotel manager was helpful.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter et environnement sympathique pour s'alimenter.

L'hôtel était situé proche de la gare centrale et des métros et des bus.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était apporté en chambre trop tardivement avec un seul café.
La connexion wifi ne se faisait pas.
Moins important mais à signaler, la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait plus après quelques jours.
Néanmoins je remercie le réceptionniste Giovanni qui s'est avéré très accommodant.

Breakfast was good and the man working behind the desk brought me a coffee to my door in the early morning. (I was heading to the airport for an early flight). I thought that was very kind and friendly!
