Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely position, by the Vondelpark and in the museum quarter. The shower and bed were good, but otherwise the hotel, which had just been taken over by new owners, was in a very battered state. Hopefully, this will change with the much-needed refurbishment. Breakfast is not provided and the cafes around don't open until 9am.

Alle Angestellte sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Es werden kostenlos zusätzliche Leistungen angeboten, Bademäntel, Handtücher für die Therme, Ohrenstöpsel für schnarchende Bettnachbarn, Winter- Wanderaccessoires... einfach großartig!
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und liebevoll angerichtet.
Das Einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt und schon die Rezeption im 1. Stock liegt.
