Séjour fonctionnel et confortable , je recommande cet établissement
Pros:

Intervention rapide du propriétaire pour régler un électroménager (fonctionnant).
Confortable, bonne surface , air conditionné , balcon

Cons:

Confort correct.
Position légèrement hors du centre parfois les bus ne simplifient pas la vie.

La climatisation est mal configurée car elle ne se trouve pas dans la chambre. Une des couettes, pourtant déposée à l’écart des lits diffusait une odeur nauséabonde (à laver)

Pudo haber sido mejor
Pros:

La zona fue muy tranquila y segura. Habia supermercado y restaurantes. Queda cerca a la estacion del tren por lo que tomar el bus hasta alli solo nos tomaba 7minutos. >El personal fue amable pero no tenian muchas soluciones a los problemas que se fueron presentando.

Cons:

Lastimosamente nos pasaron varias cosas que hicieron que la estadia no fuera agradable. No habian utensilios, ni sartenes en la cocina. Los solicitamos pero no hubo respuesta ni siquiera habia un cuchillo para cortar los alimentos indicando que deberia haberlo pero que no sabian que habia pasado con ellos y no hubo solucion. Dos dias estuvimos sin servicio de agua caliente para la ducha. Solo habia ventilacion en la sala, la habitacion se sentia demasiada calor, todas las noches nos toco dormir con las ventanas abiertas conviviendo con zancudos y el ruido. Nos correspondio un 4 piso sin acesensor el tema de subir y bajar las maletas no fue facil a pesar que el primer dia Luigi nos apoyo con algunas maletas. Adicional la lavadora no funciono en los dias que estuvimos a pesar que vino un tecnico a revisarla... Definitivamente muchos problemas que hicieron que nuestra percepcion del lugar no fuera la mejor. Pueda que en todos los apt no pase lo mismo o desafortunadamente nos paso a nosotros.
