Room is very clean, and AC is very strong for summer.
The dining area is very dated with the surface of some chairs broken, and too many flies during summer as well.

Poor arrangement to have breakfast buffet across the hall from the dining area.
Poor selection of food in the breakfast Buffet.
Poor lunch and dinner menu.
Everything was prefect. Food excellent as always. Bar staff great . And not forgetting the lovely emma great receptionist. Lakeside losing a very valuable member of staff. But we gain a great friend. Wish emma every sucess in her new job. Best wishes for the future. 🥂.
Good location for our wedding in Virginia Park and fabulous views of the lake from our room. Staff very helpful and friendly. There was a good breakfast too!
Very much in need of a refurbishment. Lining of curtains falling apart. Cobwebs visible over the curtains. Decor very old fashioned.

The lake was beautiful, the hotel was spotless clean food was gorgeous and the staff were amazing.
Staff were so accommodating. Went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was fantastic Waitress more than helpful

Fabulous place to spend a sunny day right on the shores of the Lake! Great swimming..easy access to the water. The staff were absolutely outstanding, so welcoming, and genuinely nice people. Food and facilities fab, and room comfy with balcony and amazing view. Id like to thank all the staff for minding me so well, in particular Linda, Ki_ara and Hollie! Ill be back!
The only improvement suggestion i would have is to possibly have facilities to hire kayaks etc.
