Atendimento da recepção foi bom, solícitos e atenciosos. Na recepção tem boas opções de bebidas e snacks. Internet nos quartos é boa.

Chegamos no quarto por volta da meia-noite, no quarto tinham muitos cupins, no chão, nos móveis, cabeceira da cama e na própria cama, após limparmos totalmente o lençol eles reapareceram, quer dizer, tinham muitos. Solicitamos a troca de quarto as 2h, o atendente prontamente nos realocou para o quarto da frente que não tinha esse problema, no entanto, da mesma forma do primeiro estava sujo. As instalações desse nosso quarto estavam em uma ala antiga, quer dizer, não reformada, diferente de outros quartos, no entanto o valor cobrado na diária foi o mesmo de um quarto novo. O café da manhã é regular. Piscinas externa com água um pouco turva e a interna com água bem turva. A localização é razoável, tem um mercadinho, restaurante e um pequeno centro comercial bem próximos. Fica a 10 minutos de distância da praia na caminhada.

Luz do quarto muito fraca. Patente do banheiro solta e vazando. O telhado com vazamento, inundando o corredor do quarto.
