직원도 훌륭하고 위치도 훌륭한 곳
Pros:

하룻밤 지내려고 선택한 숙소 입니다. 이 가격에 이정도 위치면 매우 훌륭하다고 생각합니다. 그리고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 조식도 적당히 괜찮습니다. 여기는 공항 버스도 가깝고 트램도 가깝습니다. 그리고 맛집도 굉장히 많고 모스크와 갈라타워와도 가깝죠. 세 사람이 사용했으며 엘레베이터도 있습니다.

저희 방에는 화장실에 유리가 한짝이 없어서 물이 밖으로 다 튀는 경험을 했습니다

Un dezastru total cu mizerie de sobolani sub pat

Totul groaznic !!!

Cons:

Nu faceți rezervare la acest hotel, nu o să vă dea camere acolo, o să vă realoce la alt hotel cu condiții groaznice. Pe noi am vrut să ne cazeze la un hotel de lângă unde erau excremente de sobolani sub pat, lenjerie neschimbată, prosoape jegoase.

İstanbul ziyaretim sırasında Best Town Hotel'de kaldım ve gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldım. Odalar temizdi. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü, kibar ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı ise beklentimin üzerindeydi, çeşit ve lezzet olarak standartların kesinlikle üstündeydi.

​En büyük avantajlarından biri de konumu; hem çok merkezi hem de ulaşım imkanlarına çok yakın. İstanbul'a gelecek olanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim, bir sonraki gelişimde de ilk tercihim olacak!

Don’t stay! Extremely disappointing and negative experience.

**DON’T STSY HERE! Extremely disappointing experience – room not as booked and no accountability**

Our experience with this hotel was appalling. We arrived at around 11 pm, only to be told that the superior twin room we had booked and paid for was unavailable due to a hot water issue. We were then taken to another hotel and given a room that was substantially inferior to what we had booked.

The room we paid for was advertised with two beds, tea and coffee-making facilities, a kettle and city views. The replacement room had just one bed, no kettle, no tea or coffee facilities, damaged and falling-down curtains, marks all over the walls, a much smaller bathroom, and a view of air-conditioning machinery with cigarette butts scattered around. It was completely unacceptable as a replacement for the room we had chosen and paid for.

The missing kettle was particularly serious because I need to make hot water bottles overnight to manage a chronic health condition. I specifically asked reception to provide a kettle. I was told one would be brought to us, but it never arrived.

Being put in this situation at 11 pm in an unfamiliar part of Istanbul left us vulnerable and with very little practical choice. We had paid for a specific room and facilities for a reason, and none of this was handled appropriately.

I contacted the hotel to complain and request a resolution. Instead of addressing the specific problems, they sent a generic response claiming they had arranged alternative accommodation to assist us. They never meaningfully addressed the issues, offered compensation or replied to my subsequent email.

Unfortunately, Booking.com was no help either when I sought assistance with obtaining a refund.

**The biggest disappointment was not just being given an inferior room, but the complete lack of accountability afterwards.

Nur die Lage. Aber aufgepasst, es ist extrem laut weil es zentral ist.

Cons:

Die Kakerlaken im Frühstücks Bereich.
Der Schimmel im Bad.
Die ekligen Flecken auf den Matratzen ( wir hatten zwei Zimmer).
Einige unfreundliche Mitarbeitende.
Die runtergekommene Ausstattung.

Limpieza de sábanas y toallas. Café pésimo. Desayuno malo. Tapa de WC rota. TV nunca funcionó. Humedad y olor en el baño. Cortina rota dejaba entrar el sol por la mañana temprano.
