Pros:

Very clean place, very accommodating staff and makes every effort to make it perfect, staff just tries to help all the time and succeeds at it, special people

We likes the peacefulness of the venue as well as the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff we encountered.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like, however, our only negatives were that we could t get decent hot water in our unit and that tje pool area needs a bit a tidying up.

A beautiful spot in the mountains
Pros:

We loved the location, the room was very nicely furnished and equipped with all we needed. We had a 5 course meal for dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. We could not stay for breakfast but the hotel offered to make us a packed lunch which was much appreciated.

Beautiful , characterful place with friendly helpful staff, comfortable accommodation and good food.
Pros:

all the meals were very good.

Cons:

We particularly wanted a room in the main building and with a bath rather than shower. It turned out that there was a problem with water availability and pressure which affected the toilet flush and lack of shower and bath water.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The spacious chalets was great and the location convenient for our trip
