The atmosphere and character of the Lodge was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast very good and value for money

Cons:

The shower was cold on both days. There was supposedly a problem with the boiler so have to accept that things from time to time go wrong

The venue, views and personell are great and friendly. The breakfast and dinner are lovely. We will come back.

The rooms/houses need some maintance, things are getting old.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff are super friendly. The food is AMAZING!! The facilities are spacious and the rooms are neat with wooden floors, big bathroom and nespresso type coffee as well

Cons:

The road getting there was a little scary at night, but luckily I couldn't see the drops below 😎

The setting

Cons:

No hot water and no room heating. No choice for dinner, we were forced to have the buffet regardless of the menu, cost is excessive. Cut our stay short due to the lack of hot water and heating. Wifi is only in the main facility. Absolutely no reception in the rooms.

Venue good, staff good but the dinner set menu spoil all... it was not value for money.

We likes the peacefulness of the venue as well as the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff we encountered.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like, however, our only negatives were that we could t get decent hot water in our unit and that tje pool area needs a bit a tidying up.
