Great overnight stay, will definitely return when next in Perth.
Pros:

We had a wonderful friendly welcome on arrival after a long and tiring day. The hotel was warm and cosy and our room was spacious with a lovely ensuite. We enjoyed dinner with drinks in the restaurant and had an excellent sleep in our comfortable bed.
Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order and service was again friendly and efficient, cannot fault it.
The on site parking is a bonus that we really appreciated.

Interesting view from toilet in our bathroom- one for train spotters!

A good option for the Scone Palace Horse Trials.
Pros:

Great location opposite huge open green space. Very good restaurant and friendly staff. The ‘Breakfast in a Bag’ option was perfect and generous.

Cons:

My pillows had definitely seen better days but were changed when I asked for new ones.

Ideal for a one-night stay.
Pros:

Room: Very comfortable, spacious, quiet room with view, and good shower room.
Dinner: Good well-presented meal, served by friendly efficient staff.
Breakfast: Good choice, well-presented.
Very convenient location for railway station.

Cons:

I would have preferred to be able to choose my breakfast at the time instead of the previous evening.
I could not find the switch for the ceiling lights of the shower room!

Nice boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, very good location to explore the city centre. Very good restaurant too.

Just the fact that there are restrictions for breakfast, even though the staff was very accommodating with us
