Clean, not extremely expensive, nice staff. More or less what you need to stay a night or two in Verona.
We had a cat with us - pet-friendly hotel!

Cons:

Even though there is private parking in the description, they told me I should pre-order it. Well, probably my bad.
They also have a bit of a funny arrangement: two different buildings (though very close, about 30 meters between them), one with reception and another where you actually stay.

La posizione centrale, pochi passi dall'Arena di Verona, meraviglioso, la possibilità di fruire del posto auto.

La zona spa molto bella, costo forse un po’ troppo elevato.

Cons:

Il fatto di dover uscire all’aperto per passare dalla camera alle zone della spa e della colazione. Colazione molto ricca ma troppo poco personale per poter tenere sempre il buffet rifornito.

La possibilité de quitter l'hôtel pour prendre une chambre plus spacieuse dans l'hôtel partenaire (moyennant supplément évidemment. Petit déj correct. Emplacement en dehors du centre historique mais à 5mn des arènes.

Cons:

Chambre (N°10) très petite et salle de bain microscopique. Emplacement du WC incompréhensible : nécessité d'ouvrir la cabine de douche pour ne pas taper les genoux contre la paroie. Absence de réception (commune avec l'hôtel partenaire se trouvant à quelques dizaines de mètres). Pas de petit dej sur place ; nécessité de sortir dans la rue pour se rendre à l'hôtel partenaire. Pas de bouilloire pour prendre un thé ou un café au réveil. Coulures de dentifrice sur le lavabo non nettoyées à l'arrivée... bref ne correspond pas du tout à un standard 3*.

Pros:

Incredible location, extremely close to the main tourist attractions of the city, such as Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena. The hotel is within walking distance of several bus stops.
The surrounding area offers a good variety of restaurants for dinner.
The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast room is located in a separate building from the main building where the guest rooms are situated.
There was a noticeable lack of replenishment during the breakfast service. Even when arriving early, staff did not restock items regularly, and several items were frequently left empty. An adequate selection was only available at the very beginning of the service.
Furthermore, the breakfast staff did not demonstrate a welcoming or friendly attitude.

The tourist tax was only communicated and charged at the time of check-out, rather than at check-in, as is common practice in most hotels.

There is no receptionist available at any time in the building where the rooms are located. For any matters requiring assistance, guests must go to the building where breakfast is served, which also operates as a hotel.

Pros:

Bel palazzo nel centro di Verona, pochi passi e sei all'Arena. Stanza mansardata piccola ma carinissima, silenziosa e confortevole. Letto spazioso e comodo. Si, è vero, per la colazione devi spostarti in un altro palazzo a 20 metri di distanza ma per una colazione così faccio pure un chilometro. Buona, ricca e varia, servita da persone gentili in un palazzo storico, per me ne vale la pena.
