Hôtel confortable, un personnel exemplaire et un séjour mémorable!
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel était vraiment exemplaire! Tout le monde a été parfait! J’apprends l’italien et j’ai pu me pratiquer avec tout le personnel toujours patient et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est dans un quartier assez prêt des sites touristiques si vous voulez et aimez marcher sinon à 5-10 min en taxis. Le quartier Prati est calme et on y vit avec des italiens et non avec seulement des touristes. C’est vraiment une belle expérience! Le petit déjeuner servi le matin de 7h à 10h est parfait, le café est bon et la serveuse était excellente!!!

El desayuno la verdad es que no está muy allá. No porque sea reducido, sino por la calidad. La ubicación está muy bien, pero a veces se hacía el paseo largo de vuelta después de haber pateado todo el día

Pros:

The location of the hotel is close to all tourist sites. The staff are extremely nice especially Paul, Sabrina and Raruca, the breakfast was super amazing and the aesthetics of this hotel is crazy

Cons:

The hotel was super clean, bedsheets are changed every day which uncommon. Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Every bit of it.

It’s a gem in the center of Rome! Not too touristy. You get a real flavor of the locals.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Most places within reasonable walking distance. Employees extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Federico, who gave us useful tips on parking, how to get around in Rome, and the water quality. The young lady who served us the eggs and coffee in the morning was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

All was great!

Pros:

All staff were so nice and helpful. The air conditioner was a lifesaver at this time of year!

Cons:

The metro station near the hotel was closed for construction work, and this station was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was a really negative point, and I faced a lot of difficulties. The towels were not very clean, and a piece of artificial lashes was sticking to one of them, so I had to use my own. Thank God I had two with me!
