The location, bell guys, and restaurant staff.

I absolutely did not like the ladies working the desk, especially this gal name Vu. She and the others are not helpful. They seem bother when you ask them a question. Our room had no hot water and air doesn’t work. We asked for a room change. But Vu decided to have people come in and insisted on fixing the plumbing and air. I told her her that’s a waste of time and just give us another room. After rolling her eyes, she finally gave us another room.

Besides those girls from the reception, everyone else are extremely friendly.
