I didn’t realise that they did not offer room service for the price like any other hotel. We had to clean up ourselves which wasn’t bad but worth including if the rates are going to be the same.

good location

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was so noisy that I had trouble sleeping. I think there was something wrong with it. But I arrived late on the Friday night, so couldn't do anything about it. The next nights were cooler, so luckily didn't need it too much.
I reported this to the staff at reception when I checked out. Room 405.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and secure, with a nice view of the city from the balcony.

I also liked the on site secure parking, amd that it was close to all the places we needed to access.

Cons:

Really the only thing that i didn't like... was not being able to smoke out on the balcony.

I'm not a smoker, however my partner is, and we were there for her to have surgery at the PA and while recovering, it was a little hard for her to be going up and down the lift everytime she wanted to have a smoke, I understand not smoking in the room or inside the building, but I think being out on the balcony should not be an issue.

Pros:

I booked the Hotel Chino due to its close proximity to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where my partner had been admitted. It proved to be very comfortable, with all the facilities required for a longer stay. I was unsure of how long I would need the room and the staff were incredibly accommodating of this, which took a lot of pressure off.
The hotel has secure basement parking and is walking distance to a Woolworths supermarket and various food outlets. There is also a very good Thai restaurant downstairs.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von bis zu 4 Tagen zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für heiße Tage gibt es eine Abkühlung im Hotel eigenen Pool, der zwar klein ist, aber ausreichend, da das Hotel auch nicht direkt am Strand liegt, welcher mit Zug ungefähr in einer Stunde zu erreichen ist, Gold Coast.

Cons:

Am Pool wären Sonnenschirme für die heißen Tage schön, so liegt man wirklich konsequent in der Sonne. Das Fitnessstudio braucht unbedingt neue Geräte, die alten sind bereits nicht mehr schön anzusehen, der Fitness Tower ist nur zur Hälfte an Möglichkeiten nutzbar.
Wer unten ein Zimmer hat, hört bereits ab ca. 6.30 Uhr die Türen knallen, wenn die Reinigungskräfte bzw. das Hotelpersonal unterwegs sind. Auch der Berufsverkehr startet gegen 6 Uhr laut und ist mit Zimmern zur Straßenseite hin klar und deutlich laut zu hören.

Satisfactory stay, I would stay again.
Pros:

Very very friendly, helpful staff.

Due to limited reception hours and me leaving before 6 am and not returning till after 8 pm, check-in staff kindly provided me with all I needed for my 4-day stay.

Really appreciated the secure parking.

A thai restaurant is on site and a shopping center just a few hundred meters away.

Good functioning fridge and enough basic cutlery/dishes in the small kitchenette.

Cons:

No fly/security screens at groundfloor unit windows.

No laptop safe.

Microwave in shared Laundry, poor lightening.
No small sharp knife to cut fruit.

Iron was in poor condition, exchanged it to one less stained, yet this one did not heat up. So I used a kitchen towel as a buffer to iron my white business tops with the iron in the laundry. This saved my white tops from black stains, as the towel caught the dirt well.

Close to PA Hospital which was very convenient given my wife was admitted following surgery. Room itself was very clean and tidy and quite comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful

Cons:

Nothing stood out. It was quite comfortable and suited my needs. The only thing I can pick up on was there was no tea towel in the cupboard under the kitchen sink so I could wipe the dishes after washing them

Very good for an overnight stay
Pros:

Booked in for a hospital admission as we live a few hours away. Easy undercover parking. Spacious room and there’s a pool with spa

Cons:

There is a hallway door and then another into our room. They are in a severe door closure and it is impossible to close doors quietly. So there is constant big slams of door. We had a king bed but the mattress was a bit too hard
