Lovely location, very secure building which I was grateful for as a single traveller. Room had a double bed, fridge, and a decent sized bathroom. And a Thai restaurant right next door
Only thing I can complain about was the kettle, it had mould inside as one of the previous tenants had left water in it, gave it a clean, but just something to keep an eye on

Location if you’re visiting loved ones in hospital it’s perfect.
Overall needs an update, Very tired property. Albeit, our rooms were clean, didn’t go into restaurant as was closed. The foyer and lounge at entry all very old and tired. The old gym equipment, not functional, needs replacing all rusted. Look its basic accommodation for what you need if going to hospital. It was secure. Location across from PA hospital. Staff were friendly and clear on instructions and access over Easter weekend.

Friendly staff, central location close to PA hospital and bus stop.
Verandah and the breeze that flowed through the unit allowing me not to use air conditioning.
No screens on windows or doors.
Bed too big for the room and I couldn't close the bedroom door.
Not all under bench lights were operational in kitchen.
No salt and pepper though, tea, coffee, sugar and milk was provided.
The sofa bed couch was uncomfortable and rolled to the centre.
Nothing major really. Many things just slightly wonky.

Car parking was convenient. Staff helpful and friendly. Location convenient to transport options. Noisy if sitting on balcony.
Strong chemical odour pervaded all weekend. Possibly room deodoriser. Bed was two singles pushed together so mattresses very uncomfortable.
Its so convenient, clean, staff are really friendly. Even got a lovely free bottle of red.

Its so easy, everything is smoothly run, friendly, it's excellent, I've stayed three times now.

I didn’t realise that they did not offer room service for the price like any other hotel. We had to clean up ourselves which wasn’t bad but worth including if the rates are going to be the same.
good location
The air conditioning in the room was so noisy that I had trouble sleeping. I think there was something wrong with it. But I arrived late on the Friday night, so couldn't do anything about it. The next nights were cooler, so luckily didn't need it too much.
I reported this to the staff at reception when I checked out. Room 405.
