Convenient with very friendly, happy customer service.
Pros:

Complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival and the upgraded room was a very pleasant surprise after a medical appointment. The location to the hospitals and shops is very convenient.

Past bookings were always a balcony upstairs
This time it was a studio roadside with the bus terminal exit directly across the road with bus headlights glowing through the curtains till 1am every morning

A great home away from home.

Received an unexpected upgrade
Quiet - could not hear traffic noise

Hotel is dated, and nosy but good location, and great free parking
Pros:

Staff were pleasant and nice. Check in and out was fast. Manager was nice.
Parking was very good and free.

Cons:

Noisey. Extremely noisey neighbours, no sound proofing. Construction happening (no warnings). Dirty, material was old. The area smelt like bleach all the time, everyday for the 4 days I stayed. When I asked for room servicing it wasn’t done. Tried to get toilet paper and no answer from after hours reception.

Comfortable standard apartment. Would stay again if needed to be in this area.
Pros:

Very comfortable, easy checkin after hours, parking included, comfortable apartment. Close to PA hospital. Good instructions.

Cons:

The view is of a car park. No face washers. The lounge has a small TV in an awkward location.
