Pros:

Staff were great and helped in anyway they could with holding my bags and extending my stay while I was visiting a friend in the PA Hospital

Restaurant downstairs was lovely

Cons:

Not happy that there was mildew in all the grout of the shower, and the smoking area was always disgusting to walk past ingesting smoke & vape fumes through door from carpark. This should be moved away from the entrance door.

Rubbish attitude from staff and a complete lack of accountability.

Turning up after a confirmed booking and further confirmed check in time to be told the booking did not exist, had been cancelled and it was not the receptionist's problem so i should contact booking.com was certainly not a good experience.
