Massively overpriced for. I only stayed in this area for an event at UQ but the price was so outrageous for what you get

Disappointing for just over $200 a night
Pros:

Were offered a drink when we arrived.

Cons:

Compact room was TINY. Room 4 was on the ground floor - lots of traffic noise, no room to move around. We had to take out our own garbage and wash our utensils. There was a kettle & bar fridge with some tea, coffee & uht milk. Small bed for 2. Bathroom has seen better days.

Our friends, who paid the same rate as us for a compact room, got a large room upstairs with microwave etc. They were happy with their room.
