The guy on our first night stay was super lovely. Other than that everything was quite poor.
One guy at the reception was a bit unpleasant and unhelpful I would say quite dismissive! We stayed here two times the first time we were lucky we received a slightly better room. The second time we stayed the hotel room felt somewhat dirty and we’ve had a very small space for us when we raised we’d like an earlier check out we didn’t really get questioned why or if there’s anything that could have been done. Which was quite disappointing. Breakfast wasn’t the best either.

This hotel was amazing. Such a beautiful property, stuff was very kind and welcoming, for any question they helped us. Breakfast was excellent and the location perfect as well. We were very satisfied.
Just the body soap the in the bathroom was not working, but we were not worried about it and if we asked they would definitely fix it. Nothing bad here.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was very good value. The free drinks were appreciated. Breakfast was always very nice. The hotel tries very hard. The artwork and decorations were interesting.
The use of the app to open doors and the the lift was annoying. The front door is far too slow to open.

Me gusto la atención por parte de la persona de recepción del día que llegamos, siempre amable y además me dio recomendaciones de lugares donde podíamos ir a comer.
Llegar de noche no fue la mejor experiencia, es una zona muy segura, pero no hay mucho donde cenar por ahí cerca.
