Pros:

El garage y la tematica del hotel estaban geniales.

Cons:

En la habitación encontramos una cama con tendidos que tenian varios pelos cortos, el baño tenia el vidrio sucio de jabón con agua y el Internet no funcionaba y esto para el precio que se paga no es aceptable. Lamentablemente no pudimos avisar al instante pero cuando solicitamos la limpieza ya no tenian servicio de aseo.

Hotel muy acogedor
Pros:

La habitación, las camas muy confortable,b las almohadas cómodas, camas grandes, los insumos de baño bien, la cafetera y el café ricos

Cons:

Me hubieras gustado que el horario del desayuno fuera más temprano a partir de las 7 de la mañana como otros hoteles, ya que nuestra cita era a las 8:40 y no alcanzamos a desayunar, eso sería lo único que le faltaría, aunque es importante mencionar que si estábamos enterados del horario del desayuno del hotel y aún así decidimos hospedarnos por la cercanía que tenía hacia el destino que ibamos

Muy pequeño el cuarto standar, se sienten los resortes del colchón, para taparse solo es una tipo frazada, dispensador de jabón líquido para cuerpo estaba vacío, y el lavamanos estaba tapado

Experiencia horrorosa en Ciudad de México
Pros:

Lo único positivo fue la amabilidad del personal de recepción que en todo momento intentó buscar una solución y nos pidió que escribiéramos está crítica pública.

En cuanto a la ubicación. Sin tráfico, está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, pero a las 2 de la tarde tardamos 40 minutos en llegar.

Cons:

Brilla por su ausencia la limpieza. Las habitaciones presentan mal estado de conservación y limpieza, con insectos varios y restos biológicos de huéspedes anteriores. Las sábanas desprendían mal olor, al igual que las habitaciones. Carencia de buena iluminación en las habitaciones, con bombillas fundidas, ventanas sucias y con muy mala insonorización. Aire acondicionado con polvo en el sistema de ventilación. Perchas rotas en los armarios. Enchufes no operativos. El pasillo de la planta 10 carece de iluminación salvo bombillas ultravioletas que ocultan el estado de la moqueta (ver foto). Camas con colchones muy duros con sabanas muy finas y unas mantas de cortesía de apenas abrigaban. Las toallas de baño estaban muy gastadas y con descoloridas. Nos tuvieron que enseñar cinco habitaciones hasta que encontramos dos que estuvieran en condiciones aceptables, pero en ningún caso acorde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Respecto al comedor, el desayuno incluido consistía en: zumo de naranja no natural, pan rancio y blando, fruta cortada que no parecía fresca (solo había un recipiente con sandía). Platos calientes sin buen aspecto. En el comedor había insectos de gran tamaño por el suelo, al lado de los platos limpios (ver fotos).

Überforderte Frühstückscrew ohne Empathie mit den Gästen > wenn etwas alle war, z. B. Obst, war es alle

Wenige Abstell- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten trotz genügend Platz

Super komplizierte App für Checkin und virtuellen Schlüssel hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wir bekamen schließlich herkömmliche Schlüsselkarten mit viel Widerwillen

La ubicación y el personal de recepción excelente. El desayuno bien.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia, el piso sucio lleno de tierra y cabellos. La puerta del baño no cerraba el lavamanos tardaba el agua en irse y la habitación tenia mal olor.
