Todas estas personas merecen un bono. El exito del hotel radica en ellas
Pros:

- Alex, el manager. Pendiente de que todo marche a la perfeccion ademas de ser muy amable y complaciente con los huespedes. En mi caso, le comente que tenia que cortarme el pelo, inmediatamente le pidio a Sam que me mostrara la estetica a la vuelta de la esquina. Tip para el dueno, nunca deje ir a Alex porque su exito radica en el.
- Sofy, la encargada del desayuno. Da la bienvenida a cada nuevo huesped y le explica que hay de desayuno. Siempre con una sonrisa, quiere esto? quiere el otro? servicial y amable.
- Chicos de recepcion: Todos muy amables y serviciales. Hubo una confusion con las fechas en el cargo del hotel lo cual Brenda arreglo. Sam, muy amable y servicial con pequenos detalles. Al escuchar que yo tomaba agua tibia, me llevo una tasa de esta. Argel, la compania de tours pedia que confirmara el tour y no podia hacer llamadas desde mi telefono, no lo comprendia. Argel se encargo totalmente del problema y lo soluciono.
- Limpieza de la habitacion: Muy agradable y complaciente, siempre dando un buen servicio.

Cons:

Me aloje en el 11-7 el cual no tiene agua caliente en el lavamanos. Lo reporte e inmediatamente llego una persona a arreglarlo. Muy educado y trato por todos los medios de ver de donde venia el problema, pero no se pudo arreglar por lo cual me ofrecieron mudarme a otra habitacion y me las ensenaron pero decidi quedarme en la misma habitacion.

El desayuno mal.. aunque llegábamos temprano 9:00am siempre encontrábamos la mayoría de bandejas vacías y pedíamos un café y no nos atendían, lo llevaban hasta la tercer vez que lo pedíamos, mal cervicio y un día salimos temprano y al regresar por la noche no habían hecho el aseo ni había tohallas limpias, baje a pedir toallas y me dieron de las que son para poner en los pies cuando uno sale de la ducha...el último día desocupamos la habitación pero pedí que me permitieran guardar mi auto por 5 horas aproximadamente y no lo permitieron con la escusa que llegarían muchos huéspedes nuevos ( era domingo) al regresar por la tarde a recoger un equipaje que si nos guardaron, el estacionamiento estaba vacio lo cual fue decepcionante que al estar 3 días hospedados, al final no nos dieron la opción de resguardar el auto ni aún pagando por el tiempo que se quedará

Very responsive staff, allowed us to check in at an odd time. Clean. AC worked well.

Cons:

Beds were very stiff and made a lot of noise. Only gave 1 key and it did not work to keep the electricity on because it was too small. Shower water was too hot/cold. Somewhat noisy area. Not a lot to easily walk to.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y original y el trato por parte del personal es excelente.

Cons:

Sólo sugeriría colocar edredones extra y más gruesos ya sea en la cama o en el closet porque es muy delgado el que colocan y tuvimos que pedir otro para más o menos tolerar el frío. También sugeriría colocar una tapete o toalla en el piso para así evitar dejar todo mojado al salir de la regadera y al caminar por la habitación.

Quirkyness of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was situated between two major roads and without double glazing the room was noisy at night. Only one member of staff seemed to speak some English.
After an earthquake which shook the building and we evacuated to the street no one appeared to do any sort of count to see if all the guests were out.

Fotos engañosas
Pros:

La cocinera es lo único bueno

Cons:

Las fotos son engañosas, los cuartos pintados de negro, chiquititos, los pasillos sofocantes, todo el hotel es negro con rojo!!!
Almohadas horribles, una sola cobija vieja, sin edredón, sin sobrecama... solo una cobija y las sábanas!!
Está ubicado justo en la calle de prostitutas.
No regresaría!!
