Bon rappport qualité/prix
Pros:

L'hôtel est très propre et très bien situé dans une petit rue plus calme en plein coeur du centre ville et face à la plage. Il y a jour et nuit une personne à l'accueil toujours très souriante et très agréable.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours avec serviettes propres.

Cons:

L'hôtel reste malheureusement assez mal insonorisé, dès que quelqu'un claque la porte vous entendez tout depuis votre lit. C'est un peu dommage. Et puis il y a eu deux fois des bruits de perceuse à 8h et 9h c'est un peu tôt.
Le wifi n'est pas terrible non plus, il saute régulièrement et ne marche pas très très bien.
Mon chapeau a disparu de la chambre... Un peu étrange.
Attention au café du petit déjeuner nous avons été malades...

If you are cheap hotel you can stay there , stuff friendly. Location is oky

Cons:

Shower need to fix , not so clean plus water is not getting worm . breakfast is horrible I cant imagine people can it this . And bugs of god there a lot of bugs.

Exceptional service
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my son who was travelling in Thailand by himself. He was unfortunately taken ill one morning and when he called down to reception they had staff in his room within minutes. He was then accompanied in a taxi to the hospital and the lady stayed with him throughout until he was back in the hotel and feeling better. Falling ill whilst abroad is terrifying but having the staff rally around you when you need them was truly amazing. The hotel was also clean, competitively priced and all the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
