Close to the beach and all the amenities
Pros:

Very clean Hotel staff were very helpful and polite specially the lady called Wan she was always smiling and very polite and would help with any thing the location was excellent as next to the beach

Cons:

The only issue I had with the hotel was that I did not have a balcony so that was the only downside for me, but they do have other rooms with balconies, but they are not available

Decent location and standard
Pros:

Hotel położony jest kilka minut spacerem od plaży oraz głównej ulicy Bangla Road. Przy wyjściu z hotelu sporo punktów masażu, niedaleko restauracje i sklepy takie jak 7/11. Hotel jest odnowiony, całkiem sporo przestrzeni, nawet jest balkonik gdzie można zapalić.

Cons:

Śniadania były okej. Również szwedzki bufet, ale niestety dania z jajek nie były przyrządzane na bieżąco. Basen też taki sobie.

Great location, friendly staff, and good value for money.
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to Patong Beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

The only area for improvement is that the hotel does not have a luggage trolley, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Apart from that, everything else was well managed.

Pros:

Room is so spacious, room is newly renovated. They change towels every day..hotel is clean. Can sleep good at night

Only the breakfast..mostly asian food,they must consider more on western food..

Cons:

The room only has one small tiny window that can be opened and so it can feel a little claustrophobic at times, however I didnt mind as I slent most of my time outside anyways
