Czystość, cisza w pokoju, miła obsługa, pokój w nowoczesnym stylu, dobra komunikacja z centrum, sklep 200 m od hotelu, łazienki czyste i nowoczesne, tv i wifi działały bez zarzutu, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Jeśli będę w Mediolanie z chęcią wrócę.

Had a wonderful stay in the Neo Hotel. Very accessible and accomodating to patrons needs.
Pros:

Staff were friendly on arrival. Lots of public transport to easily get you into Milan City Centre. Plenty of shops around to buy food and water at a good price. The room was very cosy and had great air conditioning system as it was 30 degrees for most days. Nice outdoor area to relax at and two bars, one inside and outside. Had food in the restaurant one night and it was divine!

Cons:

The shower leaked all over the floor every use so had to put towels along the bottom to keep it from getting worse. Wanted to enjoy outdoor bar and asked staff why nobody was there and they replied “i dont know”. not a very insightful answer. We then later asked the lovely barman we had before a few days after and said they were understaffed most nights.

Perfetto sotto ogni aspetto!!!!
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in un punto tranquillo e rilassante.
Servizi eccellenti e personale molto cordiale e disponibile...
Inoltre molto comodo per raggiungere Milano circa 15 minuti in auto ma se volete passare una serata rilassante è possibile restare in zona e usufruire dei locali per poter mangiare a poche centinaia di metri dall'hotel oppure poter mangiare all'interno dello stesso hotel che non abbiamo avuto tempo e modo di poterlo fare ma stando allo standard che abbiamo trovato sicuramente la cucina sarà una gradita sorpresa.
Indubbiamente un hotel da consigliare che resterà nei nostri appunti di viaggi per le nostre future tappe per Milano.
