Pros:

the room is very comfortable. There is shuttle service to the airport in the morning. The restaurant is great; small selection, but excellent quality.

Cons:

nothing. I love everything and will stay here again.

駅や空港から遠いのに、その対応が悪いこと　
3日泊まりましたが、ベッドのシーツ交換や部屋の掃除が無く、素泊まりにしては高い

Cons:

초기 예약시 조식포함예약했는데 도착해보니 조식에 빠졌다는데 확인할 방법이 없어 당황했음.
예약당시 호텔이름과 실제 사용당시 호텔이름이 바뀌면서 예약조건이 변경되었는지 알수 없지만 호텔에서는 친절하게 해결해줄
자세가 되어있지 않았음.

Pros:

新千歳空港からバス及びJRからのアクセスが良く、JR千歳駅から徒歩10分で一直線に行けることが良かった。
また、チェックインの際に送迎の予約すれば千歳駅または新千歳空港まで無料で送迎してくれる事はとても便利でした。

Cons:

シャワーカーテンが横に短く、シャワーを終える頃には床がかなり濡れていた為、改善してほしい。
