Pros:

When the bathroom light went out at 0200 A.M., it was immediately replaced by a Hotel Staff employee named Shin. I am very grateful for him replacing the light at such an early hour in the morning.

Ideal for a short stop-over. Lovely staff and perfect location.
Pros:

Perfect for a one night stopover. Prime location for access to the station/airport and a good scattering of restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. It’s exactly what I wanted for a one night stay after my flight and before heading to Niseko the next day 👌

Un très bon hôtel pour une nuit de transit avant un vol
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Koko Stay Chitose avant de reprendre l’avion, et c’était un excellent choix pour être proche de l’aéroport.
L’hôtel propose un service de navette gratuite vers l’aéroport, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Nous recommandons fortement de réserver l’heure qui vous intéresse pour la navette au moment de la réservation de la chambre pour être sûr d’avoir une place.
Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bon, avec beaucoup de produits frais, ce qui est appréciable et plutôt rare comparé à d’autres buffets d’hôtels de la région. Mention spéciale également pour la literie, très confortable, surtout en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné à Hokkaido.

Cons:

La chambre que nous avons eue avait une légère odeur un peu particulière à notre arrivée.

The hotel and staff were good, but they need to pay more attention to the good handling and exercise care regarding food
Pros:

It was cheap, clean , warm with a large free car park.

Cons:

The food at the breakfast buffet was lukewarm warm, and I suspect that it was responsible for my diarrhoea for 6 days.

I was glad to only be staying there for one night only

It was close to the airport and they provide free airport shuttle

Cons:

The hotel smelt very smoky. And the rooms were cramped. However the reception staff did not allow us to wat downstairs at the sitting area of the reception.
