Rundown place and hard to get to the hotel.

Great location to do all your shopping at the Pratt am market and good rates

Clean environment and thanks to the shift manager for the lovely birthday surprise. We had a great time

Basic Rooms are big & clean.. Unfortunately the room safe are not pinned down hence it can be move around. Did not dare to put anything valuable & passport in the safe when we go out the whole day. The hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam market hence everything is available once you step out of the hotel’s front door.

The property looks better than expected, however the location is inside a alley (best thing is that there is two massage places right next to it), so you can't call a Grab or get a tuktuk as you need to walk to the nearest hotel to get transportation besides walking.

Hotel was fine, room was bigger than expected, however the mattress is hard and they only gave one soft pillow, which made it hard to sleep. The hotel room is mostly clean.

Good compact cozy stay.

If you love shopping, yes is a good choice for you. footstep to Pratunam shopping hotspot.

The only drawback is that the entrance is inside a small alley, which may give a feeling of unsafe

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Location near to BTS and main shopping area. Many eateries & 7-11 around Hotel. However, sound proofing have to improved. Surrounding rooms, open/close door can be heard. Even on tap, also can be heard. overall 7.5-8/10

I was very disappointed with the stay as there was no water at that point in time and there was no proactive effort to provide us a solution until several complaints were made.

The toilet was unusable and the staff was clueless and the manager was not on scene to handle the matters. While the staff was trying their level best to calm all the customers, and make alternative arrangements, management was absent and not very helpful.

Eventually we were sent to another hotel, but no update were given to us until we asked and returned to Budacco to seek an update.

I have been patronising Budacco for the past 10 years very regularly… but this was the most disappointing experience for us.

Newly renovated hotel , staff very polite n location just in the middle of night market with lot of food n shopping. Is a must try out hotel . Highly recommend, 👍👍👍

Overall, my stay went well. The hotel location is a little bit hard to find using GPS. But once you get there, everything is ok. Very friendly receptionists. Food and malls are nearby. Will stay there again.

Great hotel. In the middle of Pratznum Market if u like it

Nice and very clean. Yod and his staffs are great. Property is very close to all other places. The only flaw is hard to locate when you Google it.

my 3rd visit and im very pleased with it always.. the hotel will be closed for renovation for 9 months starting from Oct 2019..

The hotel staffs are very friendly. However, hotel room has shown old and tired looks which need enhance more in maintenance services to be done as compared to the first round stay last year.
Overall, it is still a pleasant stay given its strategic location and the price.

This is my N-time stay in Budacco hotel.I like it because of lots reasons ~ convenient, friendly staff especially front desk(Male staff who can speak in English and a little bit Mandarin), comfortable and clean.In addition,I can keep my breast milk in good condition.Will recommend to family and friends.But I have some suggestion for management ,can provide some free snacks in room and discount for regular customer.
