Great location, convenient. Price reasonable. Breakfast ok.
Pros:

Loved the ice baths, hot tubs and sauna but would expect it to be included in price for residents.

Cons:

Needs more breakfast selection. More options for dietary requirements eg dairy free and wheat free options and fresh healthy options. The spiral staircase… felt a bit exposed if there was an emergency to get out of the property.

Pros:

The location is great. Breakfast options were good but kind a monotonous. You may get bored with the same/ similar options everyday. Friendly staff & good customer service.

Cons:

The restaurant/ bar at the top floor was not up to the mark & over priced. Food & cocktails were bad. The ambience was also not great. May be they wanted to make it classy but unfortunately it became clumsy.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable . The staffs are friendly and professional. We feel very welcomed and taken care of. It was a good experience. The view was great from our room.

Cons:

- we need extra elevator to access to our floor. so from the parking, we need to get 3 steps elevators.
- We requested the crib in the booking but it wasn't provided first hand. After following up with the staff, we're provided with the one that was broken in one corner and fixed with the steel wire poking out. We appreciate the attempt to fulfill the request but that was quite a hazard for the baby. We didn't want to make a fuss so we didn't request a change and just keep it.

Great hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Breakfast and staff were excellent. We had a freak accident whilst in Thailand and the hotel staff were very helpful
