Beautiful hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

You can see by the picture this is an extremely large bed, the largest I've ever seen. It was comfortable and the pillows were good too. The hotel is elegant and location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Automatic toilet was very nice. Fitness center was small but had an excellent selection of weights, especially dumbbells, which was important to me.

Cons:

The lighting in this room was not great, the desk only had one outlet yet it had a lamp and an alarm clock on it, meaning one had to be unplugged at all times. It needed better lighting in the room for sure. Bathroom was small and in order to shower you had to step up and over into the bathtub, so that might be an issue if that is a problem.

Hotel ok , aber auf Grund des Personals beim Abendessen werde ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel bebt

Personal außer im Restaurant, Hôtel zentral gelegen,

Cons:

Personal im Restaurant ist sehr ahnungslos und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen, stehen in der Nähe des Tisches und reden über die Gäste, da ich ein bisschen Thai verstehe, weiß ich dass es nicht nette Worte waren, außerdem wurde mir vorm Essen versichert mit Amex bezahlen zu können was hinterher doch nicht möglich war ,
Zimmer Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, konnte eine Auffrischung bekommen

Amazing staff and wonderful hotel
Pros:

I stayed here recently with my family and we had such a wonderful time. The hotel is so clean and had great amenities. Above all the staff was beyond amazing, so kind and friendly. From the moment we got out of the taxi they greeted us and assisted with our luggage. The reception gave us juice which was much needed after being in the heat. Charlie and Kitty were so helpful in letting us know how to get around town and also booking our taxi to the airport the day before checking out. The breakfast food was also so good! The bacon is cooked to order and delicious! The location is also perfect; both the metro and the skytrain are within walking distance so you can quickly get to your destination. If I return to Bangkok I will be booking this hotel again.

Agréable et très bien placé mais pas parfait.
Pros:

Localisation très bonne, juste en face de EMSPHERE , très proche du BTS. Proche aussi de Asok et Terminal 21.
Piscine sympa, bon petit déjeuner , personnel agréable.

Cons:

Wifi qui ne marchait quasiment pas, obligé d’utiliser la 5G. Pas normal dans un hôtel de ce standing.
On sent l’hôtel un peu vieillissant.
Ménage de la chambre pas au niveau.
