Amazing staff, lovely stay
Pros:

The staff were amazing. We specifically remember Oak at the front door-- he helped us with our bags and greeted us everytime we came into the hotel, just an amazing staff memebr all around. He also gave us local recommendations. We also had a really lovely experience with the worker at the Glass House cafe; she was so friendly and made amazing drinks. I wish I could have spent my whole vacation with her. Thank you both for the lovely experience!

Cons:

Shower head wasn't great :( Also it was strange that the room coffee pods were not complimentary, as this is the first time I've seen a hotel room with a coffee maker that charges you separtely for the coffee?

Buen hotel con excelente servicio y ubicación
Pros:

Ubicacion servicio del personal y el confort de la habitación

Cons:

Complicado hacer la ducha sin cristales y salpicar mucha agua en el baño. Tuve que secar para el área para no resbalar.

Sukhumvit - a bit away from the night life, but with BTS or walking everything accessible - book a better room its worth
Pros:

Very big bed, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom a bit old, the room was only accessible with taking two different elevators - not a big deal

Good but...
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Great central location.

Cons:

Poor understanding of privacy regarding copying identification
Booked a non-smoking room but people were smoking cigarettes and marijuana on the floor.
Property is rundown and needs a refresh...awards from 2010s not current.
Needed to get the shower head replaced, which they did quickly.

Great breakfast, nice staff, great location
Pros:

One of the best breakfast. So many meal preferences and they were fresh and tasting good.

Cons:

I didn't like the room setup, especially had difficulty placing my cloths. The space for clothing need a revision. Unnecessary size of bathroom but literally useless wardrobe. Need more space for cloths for sure. The gym was 5/10. Some of the machines were broken. So it wasn't enough equipment for a full body.
