De locatie was echt top! Wij hebben niets negatiefs te melden, het verblijf was erg fijn en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook was er een goede gym aanwezig.

Leider entspricht dieses Hotel aus meiner Sicht weder beim Service noch beim Frühstück und bei den allgemeinen Einrichtungen dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts hatte ich nie wirklich das Gefühl, mich in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu befinden. Vielmehr erinnert das Haus an eine großzügige Residenz mit Portier, großen Apartments und einem insgesamt fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Service und Check-in:
Nach einer 18-stündigen Anreise wurden wir in einer eher kalten und unpersönlichen Lobby im 8. Stock empfangen. Ein Getränk, ein Erfrischungstuch oder zumindest ein Sitzplatz wurde nicht angeboten. Der Empfangstresen ist zudem ungewöhnlich niedrig – selbst für thailändische Verhältnisse.
Die von uns gebuchte Zimmerkategorie war nicht verfügbar. Das angebotene „Upgrade“ empfanden wir allerdings nicht als wirkliche Aufwertung.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer war insbesondere der typische, etwas muffige Geruch eines älteren Teppichbodens deutlich wahrnehmbar.
Zimmer und Badezimmer:
Das Badezimmer ist für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel eher einfach ausgestattet. In der Dusche gibt es keine Handbrause, sondern lediglich eine fest installierte Dusche. Außerdem steht nur ein kleines Waschbecken zur Verfügung.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zwar sehr effektiv, ist aber selbst auf der niedrigsten Stufe ausgesprochen laut. Für einen ruhigen Schlaf waren Ohrstöpsel notwendig.
Frühstück:
Das Frühstück war für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel eine deutliche Enttäuschung. Es wird nur bis 10:00 Uhr bzw. 10:30 Uhr angeboten. Bereits um 9:40 Uhr waren zahlreiche Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar oder nur noch lauwarm.
Die Auswahl war für diese Hotelkategorie eher durchschnittlich: keine frischen Säfte oder Smoothies, kein Fisch und lediglich vier Sorten Obst. Auch geschmacklich konnten uns die warmen Speisen nicht überzeugen.
Der Frühstücksraum selbst vermittelt ebenfalls nicht das Ambiente eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Zudem war die Klimaanlage extrem kalt.
Good, quiet room in great location opposite the Emsphere mall. Huge and very comfortable bed.
The location of the room was strange. It could only be reached by taking the lift to the top floor and then getting a separate small glass lift a further 2 floors up.
The breakfast was not good. I paid separately for it but would not do so again since there are so many good choice nearby.
When I arrived at this beautiful hotel at the start of soi 31 Sukhumvit, I was blown away by the size of this hotel and what kind of things it all offered for me, the ground and 8th floor reception did an really great job for me and I want to give a special thanks to mr. Charlie the night ground receptionist. Because I experienced an dangerous encounter with a female who i took to my room and i went downstairs to ask for help and Charlie did help me greatly and I wanted to thank him again for his effort and help. He deserve a good raise.

The restaurant features an elegant decor with an effortlessly comfortable and natural vibe, making you feel instantly relaxed upon walking in. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service—the staff here are incredibly warm, polite, and welcoming, which adds a lovely personal touch to the whole dining experience.
I ordered a hot latte, which was very well-made and delightful. As for the food, while the presentation was rather simple, the flavor certainly made up for it—everything was quite delicious.
Overall, if you want to enjoy a quiet, elegant afternoon in a serene environment, I highly recommend dropping by!
