Gutes Hotel mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht, direkt nach der Ankunft in Dallas gebucht, da wir am nächsten Tag gleich in der Früh weiter fahren wollten. Das Hotel ist sauber, gemütlich und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat für amerikanische Verhältnisse eine gute Auswahl.

Liked entire visit, courtesy, customer service! Pool area a bit warm for parents not choosing to swim.. but we loved the pool area.

Comfortable but had some concerns.
Pros:

Public restrooms and lobby were clean and well maintained

Cons:

The room I stayed in had a broken window blind and I found a roach in the bathroom. Also, the pool area needs attention. The hot tub had lukewarm water, a broken timer and a broken railing that almost caused me to fall getting into the hot tub. And breakfast was lukewarm.

It could’ve been great but the staff’s lack of concern about the pain and inconvenience the broken elevator caused lets
Cons:

Elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor & with bad knees. I kept inquiring about a discounted rate or refund due to the pain and inconvenience it caused but kept getting conflicting and mixed answers. Very mad about this.

Das Frühstück ist definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig und qualitativ eher einfach. Auch der Innenpool ist wenig ansprechend gestaltet und lädt nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein.
