It could’ve been great but the staff’s lack of concern about the pain and inconvenience the broken elevator caused lets
Cons:

Elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor & with bad knees. I kept inquiring about a discounted rate or refund due to the pain and inconvenience it caused but kept getting conflicting and mixed answers. Very mad about this.

Die positive Überraschung während unserer Reise. Das Hotel wirkt eher neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, sauber und mit sehr bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist definitiv verbesserungsbedürftig und qualitativ eher einfach. Auch der Innenpool ist wenig ansprechend gestaltet und lädt nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein.

Pros:

Shawna, was wondering. As soon as she saw me walk in through the doors she greeted me. She asked how things were and was checked in right away and set us up in a wonderful room. She also sent me a text if things were good and if I needed anything during my stay. My husband and I grew up in Cleburne and moved away in 1990. Wherever we travel back to visit our family we tend to stay at your location in Cleburne. Thank you Shawna for making our stay wondering.
