Lovely stay! Would book again!
Pros:

The property was clean and located in the heart of the city. It was easy to access convenience stores, Nagoya station, Fushimi station and other attraction sites. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small but that’s typical for some hotels in Japan especially ones located in big cities like Tokyo or Nagoya.

Excellent acceuil, personnels très avenant et à l'écoute.
( un grand merci à la jeune femme de l'accueil qui m'a indiqué un restaurant où je pourrais manger du Hitsumabushi et je me suis régalé :-) )

Bon emplacement, proche des différents quartiers animés et château.
Pas trop loin de la gare
Excellent breakfast asiatique, beaucoup de choix et bonnes saveurs
Changement des serviettes tous les jours mais ménage chambre que tous les 3 jours

Insonorisation interchambres et couloir un peu juste.

Not a three star hotel
Cons:

Tiny room. Ugly decor. hard mattress. Thin and not soft towels. Constant annoying advertising for breakfast in the lobby. Some staff nice, but some not. No coffee before 1pm. Loby smelt of cheap air freshener. Lift moved in bumps. Definitely not a three star hotel.

Posizione comoda dalla stazione Shinkansen e per il castello, il letto abbastanza comodo. Colazione prettamente asiatica, ma con abbastanza scelta

Cons:

Ci sono molti rumori in stanza, a partire dallo scarico del bagno stesso, oltre che sentire rumori dalle altre stanze. La camera sembra abbastanza vecchia. Il personale sembra tutto un po' svogliato, sia in fase di check-in che per il check-out.

Funcionários do balcão muito simpáticos, muito prestativos, hotel bom, bem localizado.

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, como recebe estrangeiros, deveria ter opções ocidentais. Café muito fraco, pouco, e pouca variedade, tive que sair comer nos combines.
