Pros:

The staff at the reception is very professional and very helpful, the room was clean and bigger than i expected. I will definitely use this hotel again the next time i will be in Nagoya . I rate this hotel 10 out of 10

こちらの不手際にも関わらず、スタッフさんの対応がとても素晴らしかった

Cons:

24時間自動空調なのか、リモコン等がなく温度調整が出来なかった。(ボタンがどこにあるか分からなかった)

Pros:

The location is close to all the places to go, such as restaurants and stores.

The temperature work really well compared to the other hotels I've been in.

Cons:

The AC wasn't working well, we had to open the windows to make the room feel cool. And then there was a full grown cockroach that went in our room.

Staff took care of it, but didnt sleep sound after seeing that there was a hole on the floor to where to cockroach most likely came from

Pros:

Clean pyjamas and towels, the backsound of the TV when you first came in was surprisingly catchy.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the main station but pretty manageable to walk to. Recommended if you’re bringing light suitcase.
