L’accueil très chaleureux, et l’endroit vraiment magique et parfaitement situé.
All the facilities they promise are not there. The restaurant is only just for breakfast and there is no bar (unless they mean the take yourself coffee machine and the water fridge). I think this is quite essential as Rinella is very small with only 2 restaurants to eat (of which 1 is just pizza and not very good, which is a shame because you are in Italy partly because of the food experience) and no supermarket. The beautiful place to swim you see on the pictures are at your own risk. You have to climb over the rocks, that also go into the water so they are very slippery (I fell). Also there is a big municipality sign that it is forbidden to swim there. I think if you want to stay 1 or 2 overnights it’s okay but I am sure there are much better places to stay. For sure doesn’t deserve the 4 stars.
Ho dormito una sola notte qui come ripiego per un aliscafo perso per un'altra isola. La struttura è, per la media delle Eolie, incredibilmente confortevole con uno staff splendido e un'atmosfera rilassante. Spero di tornarci per un soggiorno più lungo come base per visitare Salina.

Al check in in una struttura cosi la conciergerie dovrebbe almeno portare i bagagli degli ospiti in camera.
Everything was excellent - the rooms were comfortable with great views, friendly staff, perfect location close to the ferry wharf, very nice breakfast provided overlooking the sea. Our bags were collected at the wharf and brought to our room. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

The location is great, right next to the ferry port. They picked up our luggage so we didn't have to haul it up the steps. We enjoyed the breakfast. We are grateful that they accepted pets so we could bring our Chihuahua. They also have a glamping resort just down the road with a pool that is available to guests staying at Hotel L'Ariana. They did not let us know this until we asked if they were affiliated. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool as no pets allowed, understandably but a great perk that they really should inform all guest at check in. They have a single car that they offer for guest to use at a daily rate of 45€. We used it for a day to see the island.
The staff was extremely efficient and Martina was very helpful. The facilities are beautiful and the breakfast was very good. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel.
The only disappointment was not having a balcony and we booked 7 months in advance!
Ein traumhaftes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Tolle, engagierte Gastgeber, super Frühstück! Ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meerblick lohnt sich hier wirklich. Der schwarze Strand von Rinella war der Beste der Aeolischen Inseln. Perfekte Anbindung an die Fähre und Bus (auch wenn diese nicht so häufig fahren). Sehr ruhig, weil es keinen Durchgangsverkehr gibt. Bis zum nächsten Ort Leni ist es nur 1 km weit- aber 200 hm hoch über Treppen.
Alle Restaurants im Ort außer der Bar PaPeRo hatten im Mai noch geschlossen.
Äußerst freundliche Mensch, alle waren extrem zuvorkommend/ das Hotel liegt toll und ist sehr gepflegt

Tout était parfait! L’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement beau et relaxant, la chambre familiale décorée avec goût et pratique avec ses deux salles de bain et toilettes, le petit-déjeuner très bon.
Ein tolles Hotel, sehr professionell sehr freundlich eine traumhaft schöne Lage- es hätte nicht schöner sein können. Wir waren begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen- leider hatten wir nur einen Tag auf Salina, das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger und bringen einfach mehr Zeit mit. Vielen vielen lieben Dank an @Hotel L‘Ariana.. ich war in ganz Italien nirgendwo schöner!!
Bisognerebbe trovare le parole per descrivere la differenza tra un soggiorno ed un' esperienza,
sicuramente siamo stati aiutati dal fatto che non eravamo ancora in stagione affollata, oltretutto credo che in questo periodo l' Eolie diano il meglio da ripetere ripetere ripetere...
Lo staff eccellente, estremamente professionale ma contemporaneamente simpatico ed accogliente.
