Important information:

Please note that guests need to provide the credit card used for booking upon arrival. The card holder's name needs to correspond to the name stated in the guest's ID.

Car will be transported to the underground parking lot by a special elevator. Elevator measurements are 16 ft x 7.5 feet and it is 6.9 feet high.It can elevator a car which weights no more than 2,5 tonnes. Number of parking spaces is limited and reservation is not possible

Please note that guests can enjoy a free sauna access in the mornings until 11:00. After this time, private visits are possible upon on prior request at surcharge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Viesnīca bija ļoti pārpildīta, troksnis un sarunas gaiteņos. Brokastu zālē kā skudru pūznī... viesnīcu neiesaku tiem, kas meklē mieru un klusumu. Ļoti pārpildīts un trokšņains.

Söök mitmekülgne ja selle hinna kohta väga hea, personal hea, abivalmis ja sõbralik. Jõusaali olemasolu.

Cons:

Kanalisatsioonist läks vesi halvasti alla, ei teadnud seda ette, öösel ei tahtnud teenindajaid kutsuda selle jaoks. Jõusaal väga eraldatud kohas, aga hea, et jõusaali variant olemas oli.

Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and tried to help to the best of their ability. Breakfast was generally good and had a lot of options including ice cream !

Cons:

Rooms and management of them, very poor. Small rooms, old , dilapidated beds with service every 3 days. Bathroom radiated a stink that spread into the room. When requested a room clean at reception, never got done until the scheduled 3rd day. Aircon, ineffective. I managed as I was single, if I had family I would have moved to another hotel. Hope that explains my rating.
Breakfast was also badly managed. Tables were not made ready for guests and everyone had to run around looking for cutlery, salt and pepper. Once you got them, they readily disappeared if you left the table for 10 seconds to get anything else.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Hotel entspricht insgesamt äußerlich dem Standard.

Cons:

Für einen früheren Check-In wird eine Gebühr erhoben (10,- Euro), finde ich - in Anbetracht - des Gesamtpreises unangebracht. Entweder ist ein Zimmer bereits beziehbar oder nicht. So wird mit allem Geschäft gemacht, kenne ich aber bereits aus anderen nordischen Ländern.
Das Frühstück ist sehr fleischlastig und eher ein Brunch. Es gibt nur eine gut Brotauswahl. Die einzige Marmelade (neben Orangenkonfitüre) ist flüssig, statt Müsli gibt es nur Porridge, das eher nach Pappe schmeckt.
Äußerst befremdlich ist, dass die Zimmer nur alle drei (!) Tage gereinigt werden. Das kenne ich aus Hotels dieser Preisklasse nicht. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier muss man sich selbst über die Rezeption besorgen.

Tsekkauksen henkilökunnasta oli yksi varsin epäkohtelias, kun selvitettiin miksi meille tarjottiin huonompaa tasoa, kuin mitä oli maksettu. Huone saatiin tunti myöhässä ja ensin huonompi taso, mitä oli maksettu.

Personalet var virkelig søde! Vi havde specielt en sød medarbejder der hjalp os med at få TV’et til at virke. Han var så venlig og fantastisk! Morgenmaden var rigtig fin med meget at vælge i mellem! Der var spa med og det var fint.

Cons:

Ret bløde senge, og kun en enkelt ekstra pude på værelset. Smart at kunne vælge sin egen pude efter behov men samtidig også for en sum penge. Tidspunkt på spa var lidt trælse da det rammer morgenmad også.
