Important information:

Please note that guests need to provide the credit card used for booking upon arrival. The card holder's name needs to correspond to the name stated in the guest's ID.

Car will be transported to the underground parking lot by a special elevator. Elevator measurements are 16 ft x 7.5 feet and it is 6.9 feet high.It can elevator a car which weights no more than 2,5 tonnes. Number of parking spaces is limited and reservation is not possible

Please note that guests can enjoy a free sauna access in the mornings until 11:00. After this time, private visits are possible upon on prior request at surcharge.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Удобное расположение. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Комната очень тёмная, неуютная. Уборка крайне неудовлетворительна. Пыль на ковре, за креслом нашла чужую резинку для волос. На кровати лежала подушка-меню подушек. Такая грязнющая, что её противно в руки было брать. И они это положили на чистую (вроде) постель.
Тренажерный зал очень маленький, душный, ужасный. Это не зал, а "галочка" вместо зала.
Вечером спросила на ресепшн, могу ли я попасть в зал с карточкой номера. Мне ответили: "да, карточка должна работать, но если вдруг не откроется, приходите на ресепшн". Утром дверь зала не открылась. Прихожу на ресепшн и другая девушка мне сразу говорит, что комнатной картой дверь зала не открыть, вот берите специальную карту. Зачем тогда вечером мне говорить, что подходит карта комнаты?!
Цены на отели в Риге выросли, а уровень остался в прошлом.

Great value for money
Pros:

Located within 10-15 min walking distance from the old town. Clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Use of the spa/wellness area was limited to 7am-11am. The rooms didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner, bodylotion etc. Only soap.

Pros:

Tällä kertaa perusteena oli valita majoitus läheltä juna-asemaa ja hotelli palveli tässä oikein hyvin. Hotelli on siisti, mutta käytön jäljet alkavat näkyä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja kaikin puolin toimiva kokonaisuus.

Brokastis bija diezgan labas, bet vairāki ēdieni bija pavisam vēsi (piem. omlete, ceptā gaļa, kartupeļu kroketes). Gulta bija mīksta, sega silta un numurs ļoti kluss

Spilvens bija ļoti kunkuļains, noteikti vajadzēja izmantot iespēju un izvēlēties citu.

Clean room, and good location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They only clean the room every four days unless you pay £8. Also the sauna would only operate between 7-11 in the morning.

Комфортный отдых
Pros:

Останавливаемся тут не первый раз: комфортные номера, хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Жаль, что пол в ванной комнате без подогрева было бы особенно хорошо в зимний период, а так всё отлично.
