Sijainti oli hyvä, henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen. Huone oli siisti ja vastasi odotuksiani.

Frukosten var inte prisvärd. Man borde också ha flera kaffeautomater. Nu blev det en lång kö för att få kaffe.
Das Hotel ist wirklich gut. Sehr sauber, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit einer großen Auswahl. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und es wurde sehr gut gereinigt. Wir haben einige Tage in dem Hotel verbracht und können es durchaus empfehlen. Die Markthallen, die Altstadt, Geschäfte und Restaurants, alles ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Dazu über booking.com ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
Der Fahrstuhl für PKW's ist tatsächlich nur für Fahrzeuge bis zu 5 Meter geeignet, das sollte beachtet werden. Im Parkhaus vom gegenüberliegenden Einkaufszentrum kann jedoch sehr gut geparkt werden. Nicht von den Gebühren abschrecken lassen, parken in Riga kostet Geld.

We booked a five-night stay to celebrate my friend’s birthday, but unfortunately, we were disappointed from the very first day. Our first room had such a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that it was essentially unusable. The staff kindly moved us to another room, but unfortunately, the second room was not properly clean either. The bathroom tiles were yellowed and stained, the room had a stale smell as if it hadn’t been properly aired after the previous guest, and the towels smelled of sweat and clearly did not feel fresh.
The bed and pillows were also poor quality, and the bed itself was surprisingly small. For a four-star hotel, we also expected basic amenities such as an espresso machine, but there wasn’t even one in the room.
Overall, despite the staff being helpful when we raised the issue, the cleanliness, room condition, comfort, and amenities did not meet what we would expect from a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.
