Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie zarówno przed wyjazdem jak również w trakcie pobytu. Miły i sympatyczny personel. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie.
Znakomita lokalizacja obiektu, w ustronnym miejscu a jednocześnie blisko do wszelkich atrakcji.

When in Rome....do as we did and stay at the iQ Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was a great compliment to a wonderful stay at iQ Hotel Roma. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the rooftop area that includes a great restaurant, alcohol vending machine and a hot tub. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and provides convenience access to public transportation and is very walkable. We appreciated the hotel assistance with our airport transfer on last night. We look forward to returning to Rome with a new list of places to see and things to do but the one thing certain on our return will be another stay at iQ Hotel Roma.

Temper your expectations for anything above basic .
Cons:

When I went to the front desk to try to have a postcard mailed to my granddaughter I was informed I needed to go to a post office in the downtown area. I told them I didn’t have time before my ride was coming. The flatly said they don’t mail anything for the guests. I thought that was ridiculous to say the least.

Hotel com uma excelente estrutura.
O quarto com um bom espaço, camas e roupas de cama muito boas, tinha duas opções de travesseiro pra cada.
Possui frigobar e os todos os itens estavam inclusos. Tinha chaleira com café, chá, bolachas também inclusos.
Quarto tinha ar condicionado.
O armário era de um tamanho bom e possui cofre.
O banheiro era espaçoso, com vários amenities a disposição. Único ponto negativo é que o chuveiro era dentro da banheiro (mas isso é uma questão pessoal).
Toalhas bem macias e grandes.
A limpeza do quarto sempre impecável e a camareira uma simpatia de pessoa.
Café da manhã com diversas opções e me surpreendi com os vários itens sem glúten, veganos.
Tinha academia, sauna, jacuzzi no terraço, lavanderia, máquinas de venda de vinho, salgadinhos, água, refrigerante.
A localização era excelente, na região boa do Termini. Muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados, lojas. Próximo do metrô República.
