Muy buena limpieza,excelente atención del personal, desayuno fantástico, cama muy cómoda. Un punto muy favorable es que el minibar es totalmente gratuito y lo reponen todos los días. Ubicación estupenda. Nos dieron una habitación en la última planta, con terraza y vistas a la Plaza de la Ópera. También es un punto muy favorable que todos los días reponen los amenities sin racanear, como pasa en la mayoría de hoteles, que tienes que estar pidiéndolos.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist vom Bahnhof Termini in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, haben eine angenehme Größe und sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das am Morgen angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und hält für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit.

Location and the staff is very helpful

We had an unexpected and stressful experience during our stay when my mother was involved in an accident and needed medical care, which required us to extend our stay. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary the hotel staff were during this difficult time. From the front desk to housekeeping and management, every single person treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, helped us navigate changes to our reservation without hesitation, and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Their empathy and professionalism turned a frightening situation into one where we felt supported and cared for. This level of service goes far beyond what is expected, and we will always be grateful. Truly outstanding staff and a hotel we will never forget.

Have been staying at the IQ Hotel with a group of friends every 2 years since 2012 for the 6 Nations Rugby weekend.
We are always very well looked after, with the staff welcoming us back and making sure our trip goes to plan.
The toons are always clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop restaurant is superb.

The triple room and breakfast were the best I've had at any hotel. I was given a free upgrade from a single room. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was great and well stocked. Everything in the mini fridge was complimentary. The selection and quality of breakfast was exceptional. It's close to Termini so easy to catch buses and metros to anywhere in Rome. I would stay here again.

IQ 호텔만의 효율적인 체인 시스템을 활용해, 저희가 원래 목적지인 로마 지점에 머물 수 있도록 신속히 해결해 주셨습니다.

주변 호텔과의 긴밀한 네트워크(MOU)를 동원하여, 끝까지 고객 중심의 서비스를 실현하는 모습에 큰 신뢰를 느꼈습니다.

The seamless use of IQ Hotel’s efficient chain system, which allowed us to be redirected to the Rome location quickly and without further distress.

The meticulous attention to detail and care shown to us until the very last moment of our journey.

The warmth we felt from your team resonates deeply with the Korean sentiment of "Jeong (情)"—a profound sense of connection and care for others.
