Very good breakfast, very helpful and friendly stuff, train/metro station in front
Pros:

Very nice room - fresh, comfortable bed, clean, has all basics. Very nice breakfast. Shared laundry machines for extra fee (50-75 yuan per wash+dry). Metro right in front and has many restaurants in the same building. Convenience store in front. Super helpful and friendly stuff. All tourist destinations (bund, Yu garden, zoo, etc.) are 30 min with taxi (50-60 yuan one way) or 50-60 min with public transport. I would very much recommend the place for family with kids (and without kids too) if you don’t mind taking the taxi for the steering and activities.

Cons:

As other reviews say - the bathroom door is very see-through and provides no sound insulation which can be not ideal for guests who need more privacy. We managed ok regardless.

Отличный вариант для проживания семьей, разместились в номере с женой и двумя детьми)Номер как и на фото двухуровневый, две двуспальные кровати, есть небольшая кухня, посуда. Меро в шаговой доступности. Многие пишут про удобство подземного фуд-корта, скажу один раз там покушали и больше не ходили: запахи специфические как и еда. Зато прям в здании гостиницы есть Starbucks, Wagas, совсем рядом есть pizza Hut. Да, на самом деле есть депозит при заезде, на 9 дней заезда и 4 человека с нас взяли 1800 юаней депозита. Мы раз решили сходить на завтрак и по итогу почти каждый день на него ходили, очень вкусная и разнообразная еда, он национальной китайской до европейской. Отдельно хотел бы отметить отзывчивый персонал, в частности работника reception Nancy. Однажды наш сын забыл сумку в такси, так вот Нэнси созвонилась с водителем и организовала курьерскую доставку нашей сумки, за что ей огромное спасибо. Считаю соотношение цена-качество это один из лучших вариантов.

Нет раннего заезда, хотя в переписке нам напрямую не отказали)))

Pros:

It was at the perfect location, near the Metro station, so it was always easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean. The daily housekeeping was never missed.

Cons:

The restroom door wasn't closing well. Also, it was made of glass, and it was blurry, but not enough. This is maybe the only thing that we didn't like; Otherwise it was all good.

Comfortable home away from home.
Pros:

Modern Loft style, mini kitchen, friendly staff, adjacent to subway line 7, best value for money.

Cons:

1) The bathroom doors are see-through, no privacy.
2) storage spaces are limited.
3) self-serve laundry is expensive.

Расположение оказалось очень неудобным. До всего добираться больше часа(
Душ постоянно протекал и под раковиной всегда было сыро( не удобно- мокрели носки
Не было москитной сетки на окнах- открыли проветрить- налетели комары(
Кроме оплаты за номер взяли еще нормально так денег каких-то сборов. За что- непонятно.
Завтрак посредственный. Еще и персонал прям стоит и пялится сколько чего ты берешь(

Great staff, big rooms, perfect location, and very clean!
Pros:

The best hotel in Shanghai where you get the most for your money. Finished my second stay, and the staff, location and hotel standard is PERFECT. Staff is friendly, rooms are big, and the metro station is right across the street. Great place, will return here again.

Удачное место - Метро и минимаркет в 5 минутах ходьбы.
Рядом много кафе, Макдональдс, суши.

Завтрак — вкусный. Да, можно но, если не "про что", а "про как" — то он того стоит. Как часть развлечения.

Персонал адекватный, помог с вопросом China Mobile (смена тарифа, сохранение номера за 8 юаней).

Номер просторный, двухуровневый: кухня, холодильник, чайник, плита, стиральная машина, отдельные душ и туалет.
Уборка ежедневная.

а вообще конечно меня удивляет этот перекресток судьбы ,его рождения , инвесторы владельцы, настройка всего этого механизма, мне как гостю навероятно приятно быть частичкой истории такого шедевра, я простов восхищен этими людьми.

Если опять — приеду то? Да сюда же.
