Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man konnte sehr gut schlafen und es war ruhig.

5 gwiazdek ale chyba 2 domalowane. Słabo. Hiltony 4* mają wyższy standard.

Nieotwieralne okna. Sama klima. Nie każdy to znosi.
Relatywnie słabe śniadanie, jajecznica chyba z proszku po amerykańsku, omletu nie można skomponować.
W pokojach brakuje drobnych acz użytecznych kosmetycznych rzeczy typu waciki.
Łazienka zimna 🥶, brak ogrzewania podłogowego, jakiekolwiek.

Pros:

The location was perfect and walking distance to everything in the Old Town. Great breakfast buffet and it was the first hotel while traveling around Poland that had decaf-coffee. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help me with some car rental issues, and also assisted me with bringing my luggage to the underground parking.

Cons:

In the middle of the night (early AM) when I was still up and awake all the lights suddenly went out and I was left in the dark. When I tried to call the 24-hour reception desk repeatedly, no one answered, so I was left wondering what was going on. In the morning when I called again I was informed that it was a technical glitch in my room. A technician arrived and solved the issue. At the end of my sight-seeing day, when I arrived back in my room, I found a silver tray with a small box of chocolates and a bottle of wine as a nice gesture for the inconvenience.
