Bardzo czysto. Personel na 5+! Basen i sauna również na plus :))

Cons:

W pokoju było zimno… jak poszłam poprosić o pomoc żeby klimatyzacja, która była nie wiała zimny powietrzem to uslyszlam że nie da się zmienic temperatury i dostałam FARELKĘ… jak na cene i luksus tego hotelu to był to jakiś nieśmieszny żart.
Kolejna rzeczy, to bardzo duża dopłata za psa… za siebie zapłaciłam 250zl za noc a za UWAGA 200zł, czego nie rozumiem

Die Lage war super.

Cons:

Preisleistung war schlechter als an der deutschen Nord oder Ostseeküste. Der Frühstücksraum war fast mit einer guten Jugendherberge vergleichbar und kannte nichts mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zutun. Man hätte natürlich gegen Aufpreis besser sitzen können ABER ich erwarte bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse eigentlich, dass der Service für alle gilt.

Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die Bar auf dem Dach auch. Zimmerservice hat auch funktioniert, ein freundlicher Kellner!

Cons:

Das Personal!!!! Niemand hat gelacht, beim Frühstück hat niemand etwas angeboten.
In der Lobby kam auch kein Kellner.
Rezeption war nicht freundlich zu den Gästen.
Man fühlte sich, als ob man stört.
Obwohl wir eine Suite hatten!!!!
