Pros:

ホテルの夜のレストランが満席で困っていた時に、フロントの男性が近くの飲食店をさっといくつか紹介してくれました。選んだ店は、味、価格とも満足できる内容で、また行ってみたいなと楽しみが増えた感じです。ホテルの対応の良さに救われましたよ。

まあまあ
Pros:

乳製品がおいしかった。値段の割に、種類がまあまあ多かった。ウェルカムドリンクが嬉しかった。

Cons:

アメニティの説明がなく、歯ブラシすらないホテルかと思った。（後ほど、ちゃんと準備してあり、種類も多く用意してあることが入浴後に判明）
鏡が地震のひび割れが入った状態で、気持ち悪かった。
御飯がボソボソでおいしくなかった。味噌汁も具が少なく味が薄かった。

仕事のつかれを癒せた！
Pros:

洗濯機、乾燥機が無料で使えてありがたかった！
ホテル内の夕食も良くて外に行かなくても美味しくいただけた。近くにも美味しいお店がある！

Cons:

3泊だったので、洗濯物を干す紐が浴室等にあるといいなと思いました。

震災で熊本に泊まれなかったので仕方がない
Cons:

7階だったからか風の音？だと思うが音がする。不快であった。東横と比べて朝食もサービスでないしお得感は全く無い。駅前なのに飲食店も全く無い

三泊しました
帰りに宅急便📦️を二点送りましたがガムテープやはさみ、台車まで気持ちよく貸していただき大変助かりました
ウェルカムドリンクも手に取りやすくていいです

Cons:

出水市プレミアム商品券に気付いたのがチェックアウトの時で、とてもお得な商品券なのでチェックインの時に教えていただいていたらもっと充実したのにと少し残念でした
