Near the airport and my rental car return. Live the airport shuttle service. Bed and shower were both great.
The property is in an excellent location. I was able to avoid the congestion on the Strip and easily park my rental car. my plan was to drive to the Grand Canyon on the next morning. Bonus: No Resort Fee!
Dogs barking at night (Hotel is pet friendly). Also, the side access door key lock didn't work...the night attendant was already aware of this issue.
The at-tentative of the staff. When we checked in another family was also checking in. A lady was helping her mother who appeared to be dehydrated from the heat, her ass of a husband refused to help. I asked the staff for water and they pointed me to the venting machine. Really? A maintenance worker said the hotel offered free water and pointed to where it was. I helped the daughter get the mother to a chair. Later, I witnessed the maintenance worker still attending to the lady and her mom with more water, a cold wet cloth and offering any type of assistance. I thought that said more for the maintenance worker than any other experience I had.
The front desk workers could have offered water immediately given the grave situation. After a bit they did offer to call 911 but that should have been an immediate response.

Clean and newly renovated.
Breakfast didn’t have anything gluten free.
Very customer focused all of the amazing people that work there are so very nice.
Pros - Free 24 hour Shuttle, Location is close to the airport and quick. Shuttle came fast. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.
Cons - They renovated the room, but didn't renovate the bathroom. The toilet was all scratched and the shower needed an update as the main handle didn't work. I'm unsure if it was the facuet or not, but there was no hot water to shower in the morning.
The neighbour had a dog that started to bark VERY early when they went to breakfast. It went on for over a half an hour - barking, scratching at the door. We got in late (1am) and the dog started at 7:30am. I called reception and they said the neighbour wasn't even supposed to have a dog on that floor. We had a shared door so the sound carried through to the room.
