Murky pool water jacuzzi not available due to construction
The front desk staff was rude. Anytime you tried to ask a question he was rude and snappy. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The next front desk clerk said he would reimburse us a lil it never happened.
Loved the comfortable beds and the 24/7 airport shuttle.
Bathtub was not clean and looked old.

My 93 year old mom missed her flight. Kyle was able to book 2 room suite immediately and we were able to check in early so Mom didn't have to sit for hours waiting for a 3 pm check in.
And Kyle checked on us every time he saw us.

The room was a handicap accessible king bedroom separate from the living room that had a sofa bed. Shared Jack & Jill bath. Frig, microwave and Kurig type coffee maker.
Everything was clean, neat. The carpets were clean enough that I could walk on them barefoot (Don't laugh, I've been in some hotels where your shoes stick to the carpet)
Breakfast daily featured scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and the normal juices, yogurt, etc. We didn't get the chance to use the pool, but the area was clean and the water looked inviting.
Location was just minutes to LV airport. It was perfect for a last minute solution to our issue. However, I'd stay at this La Quinta again even without having to use the airport.

Convenient airport location in Las Vegas. Large room and large pool. Bathroom area very nice, and air conditioning fine. However, beds were soft and pillows and sheets were uncomfortable. Hot tub was also not available. Unfortunately, breakfast did not open until 6:30, and there was no bagged breakfast available for those of us with early flights, unlike most airport hotels in which I've stayed.

The pool area was in shambles but it could have been because of the dust storm that hit while we were there.
Wish it was a little closer to the strip. But it was a perfect location for those who are coming for business purposes.
