Excelente hotel con todo lo que cabe esperar de la categoría de Holiday Inn.
Pros:

Hotel con desayuno incluido. La ubicación es el único punto que falla en este hotel. Está a las afueras y no es práctico acceder con transporte público. Necesitas vehículo o taxi para llegar a Leganés desde donde ya puedes desplazarte con transporte público. Por lo demás: personal, habitaciones, servicios, parking, todo lo que se puede esperar de Holiday Inn.

Cons:

La ubicación es el único motivo por el que no recibe mi puntuación de 10.

El desayuno genial, mucha variedad, la cafwtería muy agradable.
La habitación y el baño correctos, sin más.
Bien situado para ir a la Warner, que era nuesto objetivo.

Cons:

En la habitación familiar, la 2ª cama es un sofá cama, bastante incómodo ( el colchón era poco más que una colchoneta).
Con la cama abierta, la habitación se queda justa de espacio para moverse por ella y poner 4 maletas.

En relacion calidad-precio esta genial.

Cons:

Si tuviera que mejorar algo, el servicio a la hora de las cenas, dejaria en comedor una persona por si alguien quiere pedir de beber o postre o lo que sea que no tenga que esperar a que la chica salga de cocina a preguntar, porque tarda bastante y llegas cansado y al final por no esperar mas ya no pides. Por lo demss, todo genial.

Para ir al Iberdrola Music está bien ubicado y para ir al centro en el tren. El personal están muy volcados a darle un buen servicio al cliente.

Расположение, отель находится в промзоне. Я бронировала номер с ковролином, хорошей кроватью, с индивидуальными средствами гигиены, террасой. По факту в номере не было ковра и даже тапочек. Балкона не было, мыло и шампунь были не индивидуальными,а в большой бытылки, зубной пасты и щеток не было. Хотели принять ванну,а она была грязная и поцарапаннная. Во всем отеле был неприятный запах плесени, в коридоре все ковровое покрытие в пятнах. Воды питьевой в номере не было. Нет ни микроволновки,ни холодильника. У детей на диване не было пододеяльника, только две простыни.

Las camas super cómodas y el detalle de poner dos almohadas de diferentes dimensiones de 10, la atención del personal de 10. Volvería a repetir.

Sala per la colazione molto piccolo rispetto al numero degli ospiti. Tavoli mal distribuiti, distribuzione dei cibi troppo concentrati.
