L’emplacement, les employées de l’accueil étaient très polies

Cons:

Les lits ( 1 canapé lit de mauvaise qualité, non préparé à notre arrivée et un lit en 140, avec piètre matelas (mes enfants ont eu mal au dos au réveil )
La salle de bain avec baignoire glissante + taches non identifiées au fond et du moisi sur la colonne de douche ) serviettes et accessoires prévus pour 2 alors que la réservation était pour 4 personnes.
Les terrasses sales
L’escalier de la chambre duplex inutilisable en pleine nuit sans réveiller tout le monde

Et le petit dej, le pompon sur la Garonne / moins de choix qu’un hôtel ibis, assiettes sales et produits de qualité médiocre + toilettes deguelasses (traces d’urine) à 9h du mat

Modern, grote lift.

Cons:

De badkamer was een open ruimte in de kamer... goed voor een koppel, minder geschikt voor reiscompagnons. Het hotel ligt in een bocht van de drukke straat langs het kanaal. Je kan er niet stilstaan noch parkeren. Per toeval vonden wij een plekje in een parkeergarage (markhall) die kortbij het hotel bleek te liggen. Omdat het pas juni was konden we nog een parkeerplaats vinden, dit zal in hoogseizoen moeilijker zijn. De parkeerplaats kost 19.8 euro per nacht. Prijs kwaliteit was het ontbijt ondermaats ten overstaande van de andere hotels die we dezelfde week hebben bezocht; hotels die veel kleinschaliger en goedkoper waren. Dit hotel is te duur voor wat het biedt. Het ligt dan wel in het centrum maar is moeilijk bereikbaar met de auto. Sète zelf was ook minder mooi dan we dachten, goed om door te rijden en te bezoeken maar niet om te overnachten of lang te verblijven.

Personnel très sympathique acceuil et barman, ainsi que les 2 dames de ménage sauf la personne a l'accueil samedi matin, ni bonjour, ni aucun sourire. L'emplacement est top, cest pour cela que ns revenons tous les ans et le patio est magnifique

Au fil des années comme ns revenons tous les ans ns voyons l'hôtel s'abîmer mais mis a par la restauration du bar, rien de spécial . La peinture s'abîme, moquette tâchee, les vitres des couloirs sont sales, il manque des ampoules aux lampadaires ds les couloirs. Notre chambre pas d'eau chaude le soir a 22h, sympa pour prendre sa douche, mais sa cest un problème récurant que ns signalons tous les ans et apparemmentrien nest fait pour améliorer. Le petit déjeuner, plus de Nutella, ont ns a dit trop cher, pourtant ont paye 18 euros !! Les fruits frais ont en as eu que dimanche matin !! Mis a part tout cela ns avons passé un très bon séjour, espérons que ces remarques feront avancer des travaux pour remettre un petit coup de neuf.

Good choice for a few days in Sete.

chambre silencieuse, située coté cours, équipement général bien, manque une petite bouteille d'eau fraîche en chambre vu la chaleur estivale, parking payant privé utilisé, emplacement hôtel intéressant pour centre ville.

Cons:

état des murs où des décorations carrelage étaient manquantes, et le support carte pour la lumière était tenue par de l'adhésif , ce qui est piètre pour un 3 étoiles.
