Pros:

Nice location and accomodation, but above all the receptionist went above and beyond to help is with a problem with our car. He deserves every star in this rating!

Relaxing stay.
Pros:

Absolutely loved the location and the room was comfortable. Liked the continental breakfast just thought it needed more cereal and pastries selection.....

clean and acceptable
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Old Mill Hotel & Lodge. The room was clean, comfortable, and adequate for an overnight stay.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was breakfast. At £14 per person, we expected much better value. The selection was limited and felt more like a basic continental breakfast. In the end, I only had tea and toast, which certainly didn't justify the price.

We were also surprised to discover at check-out that parking was chargeable. It would have been helpful if this had been made clearer before or during our stay.

Hospedagem maravilhosa
Pros:

O hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso. Pegaria uma estadia para apenas aproveitar ele o que ele oferece. Tem um jardim lindo aos fundos, com opções de brincar com stand-up e mergulhar no rio. A paz e a tranquilidade que o ambiente oferecem é simplesmente sensacional. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e o atendimento de todas as pessoas lá é excepcional.

Cons:

Único detalhe que achei desnecessário é o lugar cobrar uma taxa para estacionar o carro no espaço deles. Mas ainda sim planejaria ficar nesse hotel apenas por ficar nele.

Nice enough for a few hours stay but wouldn’t return
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent and the staff were lovely. The girl on front desk was very friendly and the young man in the restaurant was so good trying to manage the bar and restaurant on his own.
The restaurant was nice, decent pasta dishes.

Cons:

The heat was unbearable. Although the room did have a fan it did nothing to help reduce the heat. We took our own fans but due to the 100’s of gnats we couldn’t have the window open so the fans could only circulate hot air.
The one window that didn’t face the gnat invasion was locked so we couldn’t get any air into the room.
On first glance the room was clean, however the bathroom was covered in mould.
Breakfast was lacking.
