Camera datata ma molto pulita.Le 2 piscine con acqua a 30/35 gradi specialmente quella esterna dove trovavi ombra a qualsiasi ora e visto il caldo...
La disponibilità degli addetti alla reception che ci hanno sempre ben consigliato. Abbiamo anche apprezzato la cucina.dell'hotel quando ci siamo fermati 2 volte a cena. Comodo alle fermate dei pullman.

From the first day of our stay the staff was extremely helpful to accommodate any of our needs. We were provided with robes and swimming caps for the spa facilities, which were pleasant. Our family enjoyed the spa area a lot!
The food was very pleasant and plentiful. The menu for lunches and dinners was different every day and normally had 2 options of first and second courses. The staff also organized a birthday cake for our mother and it was very wholesome celebration!
During our stay we got to enjoy facilities in the hotel, but also public beach spiaggia di cava dell’isola. However, there is also an option of spiaggia di citara. Both of the locations are one of the best on the island.
The rooms were clean and equipped with new ac, mini fridges and terraces. In our case we had beautiful view of the seaside.
The stay was very nice and our family enjoyed the hotel a lot!
We enjoyed our stay, but if one has to be picky, the wi-fi was not covering entire area and in one of the rooms it was occasionally interrupted. Breakfast options were plenty, however, adding a toaster and option to have scrambled eggs/other hot food (sausages etc.) would be an improvement. Everything else was just great!

Struttura non modernissima ma impeccabile in tutto dalle piscine termali, passando per la spa, ristorante e bar con ottimo cibo e quest’ultimo aperto quasi sempre anche di notte. Personale disponibile e molto accogliente, posizione anche molto comoda a un km a piedi dalle spiagge di Citara e dai giardini Poseidon, inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono due fermate per raggiungere in autobus altri posti. Ottimo transfer dal porto alla struttura. Che dire il posto giusto per chi vuole soggiornare in tranquillità per vivere la bellissima Ischia e l’incantevole Forio.

L’assenza di zanzariere e le troppe zanzare
We recently stayed here and can’t recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, they are the friendliest and most accommodating team ever. They helped organise transfers to and from the port when we arrived/departed, gave us fantastic local recommendations for the island (including clear instructions on how to navigate the bus system), and even went out of their way to help arrange drinks and a cake for birthday celebrations. They were an absolute delight and genuinely couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay.
The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and full of charm. Our room had a lovely view of the sunset, which was the perfect way to wind down in the evening. The pool and sunbathing area are also fantastic for relaxing.
Location-wise, it is super convenient. There are bus stops just two minutes outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get to and from different parts of the island, and the best beach on the island is just a 15-minute walk down the hill.
We absolutely loved our stay here and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Forio and the rest of Ischia. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special!

tutto fantastico, solo un po lontano dal centro
Hotel was lovely, people nice, rooms comfortable.
Few things:
- breakfast only till 9 30, find it too early for any country
- everywhere at the hotel they used plastic caps, even for breakfast, find it ridiculous for environment
- location is really bad if you don't have car, hotel is on the main road, everywhere we wanted to go, beach, dinner, supermarket, any trip, we needed to take bus which is fortunately few minutes away from the hotel. Beach is like 15-20 minutes walk quite a hill down. Buses are frequent on the island but can be so packed that it is unimaginable
Personale gentile, sempre disponibili. Cucina ottima e abbondante. La struttura con le due piscine termali consente momenti di relax, da alternare al bel mare di ischia.
