Da simpatia dos funcionários, do pequeno almoço e da comodidade do quarto.
De ter que estar em filas para o pequeno almoço e check-in, de não terem trocos para pagamento em numerário nos bares e falta de rede para pagamento por multibanco, de não existir controlo no funcionamento do SPA e alguma degradação que denotava falta de manutenção.
