Please note that a pre-booking confirmation is required to access our Spa & Gym and our Tranquility Water Lounge which includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room and relaxation area and is open from 07.00 am to 08.00 pm. Please note children under 16 years old can use the pool from 7 am to 10 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm. Booking in advance is highly recommended.

The Rooftop Bar and THE HANGOUT Bar openings are subject to seasonal opening and closing schedules.

Guests are required to show the credit card used in the reservation upon check-in.

Just wonderful , we will be back again .
Pros:

A wonderful hotel , fabulous location and the staff were so friendly and helpful , giving us lots of useful information about where to visit , which restaurants were good and quickest most scenic routes . We will be returning to this hotel .

Cons:

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like .

Fantastic, well located and very friendly service.
Pros:

Absolutely loved the service of the hotel, the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. All amenities were available. The room was on the inner side of the hotel, so very peaceful. The small gifts in the evening are a nice touch to create a relaxed and welcomed feeling. The public transport was nearby making it easy to go to the old center (metro and tram 24)

Cons:

Thankfully it wasn't very warm when we visited Lisbon as I have to say that we cut the airco on day 1 to never use it during our trip. The ventilation system used was very loud and it would have been a mood killer, the fan was very loud. I honestly would have asked for another room. This saddens me as the rest of the experience was really great!

A lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar
Pros:

The Vintage is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. We particularly liked the rooftop bar, both for cocktails in the evening and as a nice place to relax during the day. Our room (502) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary gin and tonics were very welcome after our journey from the U.K.

Cons:

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the city centre so may not be suitable for people with limited mobility, although the reception team will happily order taxis if required.

Convenient, well-appointed luxury hotel with access to the Greater Lisbon area.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to Greater Lisbon. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the pool and spa as well - and the rooftop bar was good with great views!

Great positioned hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious bedrooms with a delicious breakfast.
Pros:

A superb hotel really well situated to explore Lisbon. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Reception gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and an Umbrella for the downpour! Our room had the most stunning view of the Castle with a sunny balcony. It was spacious and comfortable with fab extras! A real bonus was a delicious breakfast served until 10.30am. Thanks everyone.
