Paraíso para las familias
Pros:

Tranquilidad, limpieza, trato, detalles por categoría EMBLEM, calidad y variedad en las comidas, ambiente general, facilidades y disposición de todo el personal para hacer la estancia inolvidable.

Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner et le bungalow était au calme

Cons:

La propreté dans les bungalows malgré qu’ils avaient été refait à neuf. Traces d’usures et de saletés sur les placards des penderies.
L’internet wifi qui marchait très mal dès que nous étions plus à proximité de l’accueil.
Manque d’équipement, une machine expresso aurait été un plus avec quelques produits de base pour faire la vaisselle (éponge et produit de vaisselle offert pour la première utilisation)
La signalétique avec un manque d’informations pour différencier le all inclusive du reste de l’établissement ou une explication au niveau de l’accueil.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner certes copieux mais toujours la même chose avec des produits type charcuteries et viennoiseries qui manquent de qualités et de variétés pour un séjour de longue durée et les œufs brouillés n’étaient très appétissant.

Fajnie i dobre jedzenie.
Pros:

Jedzenie pyszne. Teren hotelu super, zielono, hamaki, basen dla dzieci.

Cons:

Kelnerzy w strefie Emblem są super mili i bardzo się starają, ale potrzebują jednak szkolenia (nie potrafią obserwować klienta i wyczuć kiedy coś potrzebuje, zadają za mało pytań, itp.)

Llevo 4 años consecutivos y es excelente , las camareras (Mar) y otra chica con el pelo rojo son un encanto de personas , amables serviciales la atención un 10

Cons:

Tuve una mala contestación de una chica de la recepción, pelo corto al invitar a un amigo 5 min al bungalow con respectivo permiso , eran solo 5 min mientras me terminaba. De organizar y me contestó de malas maneras , porq eran las fiestas … no lo vi coherente …

Inolvidable lo pasamos muy bien pero debido al precio tan elevado solo pudimos alojarnos una noche
Pros:

Fuimos por los toboganes de las piscina infantil. Muy bien las piscinas de la zona infantil y la tirolina, nos gustó la comida, la limpieza y los jardines muy bien cuidados. Felicitar por el personal que tienen contratado.

Cons:

Excesivo el precio por noche del alojamiento. Jamás había pagado tanto por noche un adulto y un niño de 8 años. Fue algo excepcional porque otra familia se alojaba en el hotel pero a ese precio es lógico que la mayoría sean extranjeros o canarios que paguen el day pass.

Dissapointing considering the cost we were in Emblem and paid more for all inclusive upgrade!

The layout and that it was all ground level

Cons:

The lack of information regarding restaurant reservations the ambiguity of the all inclusive packages, which continually caused confusion and not just by us! Lack of information regarding early breakfast and checkout which caused anxiety!
All of this would probably have been alleviated by a proper detailed check in, the APP did not have information about any of this! Overall a disappointing experience!
Food was generally good but not hot enough even if you arrived early.
Even though our experience was not good, I would like to add that the staff were excellent, particularly the entertainment staff! Also restaurant manager Joaquim went particularly out of his way to help as he knew we were not happy, he went above and beyond!
Also the bar staff were particularly attentive and helpfull often providing us with information that should have been provided by reception.
