A great stay for a family with a toddler, a few improvements would make it exceptional though!
Pros:

This resort is great especially for super young kids, hours of fun down the slides!! our 3 year old was obsessed with the splash park and waterslides which were about 15 second walk from our kids suite! We were really impressed with just how good the pool area was for the kids, plus the kids entertainment was really fun too and our son can now count in Spanish thanks to DJ Musica!! The constant supply of food at the different restaurants on site was also so handy for a busy family and the variety of the food at the main picnic restaurant was really fab. The churros for breakfast were absolutely phenomenal!! 😍 we also loved the hand rolled sushi and Mexican night too! The staff were very nice and most spoke English 👍 as I’m pregnant they even organised a pregnancy pillow for me in our kids suite although the zip was broken so I ended up sleeping with the case half hanging off, the kids suite is super cute and highly recommended for toddlers! The windows have metal bars outside so very very good for anxious parents like me!!

Cons:

A few things would really make this resort exceptional, the cleaners did a poor job, our bungalow was never super clean with other peoples hair in the corners of rooms etc. Half of the machines at the arcade on site don’t work and trying to explain that to a toddler is a pain, some of the machines look over 20 years old and hanging on for dear life it’s such a shame as it could be brilliant but there a few fun ones that do work. The packed breakfast to go we got on check out day for our travel was awful, I’m pregnant so can’t have deli meat so they literally put plain shredded carrot and plain lettuce with no sauce or cheese or butter onto dry white bread - it went straight in the bin! My kids one wasn’t much better. The variety of drinks for children in general at the resort was poor, our son lived off apple juice which isn’t ideal due to a lot of sugar - you also had to go to the bar for juice and wait in the evenings as it wasn’t readily available for dinner which often meant we had to split up whilst one parent waits for juice at the bar for the children. The food at the Italian restaurant wasn’t very good either, honestly, although the staff were very nice! We preferred the main picnic buffet restaurant! The location is good but requires taxi to get most places as it’s a bit out of the way and there’s really no shops nearby other than the onsite mini supermarket.

El alojamiento es excepcional, en todo, para nosotros (mi familia) en Gran Canaria no hay Hotel mejor y lo tenemos tan claro que siempre es nuestra elección para pasar unos días en Familia. Además siempre nos sorprende, con unos servicios excepcionales, el personal es increible siempre con una sonrisa una profesionalidad y atención excepcional. Quiero reiterar mi más sincero agradecimiento a Eva, porque hace que el cliente siempre se sienta único. GRACIAS y SIEMPRE SERÁ NUESTRA OPCIÓN PARA IRNOS DE ESCAPADA, DE VACACIONES, A PASAR EL DÍA. En general, nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy buena y disfrutamos de las instalaciones. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto que deberían mejorar , el control en la zona de las piscinas.

Aunque había socorristas, apenas intervenían. Se permitía jugar con pelotas, utilizar numerosos flotadores y, en general, cada uno hacía lo que quería, lo que hacía difícil disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo.

Además, el problema de las hamacas era constante. A pesar de que existen carteles indicando que no se pueden reservar, desde primera hora de la mañana la mayoría ya estaban ocupadas con toallas, muchas de ellas durante horas sin que nadie las utilizara. No vimos que el personal hiciera cumplir esa norma en ningún momento.

Durante toda nuestra estancia solo conseguimos una hamaca un día, sobre las seis de la tarde, cuando muchas personas ya se habían ido a comer. Es una pena, porque este detalle desmerece una experiencia que, por lo demás, fue muy positiva.

Las instalaciones son bastante completas sobre todo si vas con niños

Cons:

Desde temprano había bastante ruido. La limpieza era muy temprano con lo cual si aún estabas dentro te quedabas sin limpieza. El último día el coste para quedarte a disfrutar de las instalaciones nos pareció elevado.
