Pros:

The layout of the hotel and the bungalow was great and really lended itself to a family holiday. All the staff we saw and spoke to were friendly and helpful and always tried to help if we needed it. One of the pool areas is great for children with various slides and activities that they can do, the other pool seemed to be a bit more geared towards adults (although it did have a baby pool) which seems well planned.
The location is also great. We hired a car and there were plenty of things to do close by within easy driving distance but thr hotel is also in easy walking distance if a number of Maspalomas attractions.

Cons:

Whilst there was a lot of variety the buffet restaurant, we feel as though the labelling/allergy information could be clearer - we are a vegan family with dairy intolerances and on numerous occasions had to ask staff in the restaurant whether items contained meat or dairy as it was not clear from the signing.
Also whilst there were some vegetarian/vegan options, we felt as though there could have been some more. Overall though the food we had was great.

La habitación era tranquila pero muy alejada, demasiado alejada de las piscinas infantiles (iba con niños de 8 y 4 años). Que pena que no lo tuvieran en cuenta.

Cons:

La primera noche no descansamos bien, puesto que se escuchaba como un "animalito" por el falso techo mordisqueando algo. Se solucionó a partir de avisarlo, pero esperábamos una compensación por esa anoche, aunque fuera algo como...pueden quedarse en el día de la salida hasta las 6 con comida incluida (aunque no fuéramos a provecharla) hubiera quedado bien.

Meer dan goed, volgend jaar komen wij mogelijk terug.
Pros:

Zwembad en kindvriendelijkheid is top. De accommodatie was erg schoon en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie.

Cons:

De variatie bij het eten kan beter. De ene kok maakte beter eten dan de ander. Maar het was meer dan voldoende.

Pros:

Nos alojamos en Las villas Emblem con jacuzzi, son amplias y muy cómodas. Tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar durante la estancia, los servicios asociados merecen la pena. El buffet tiene variedad y la calidad no es mala. El SPA está muy bien y la zona deportiva tambien. La zona es tranquila no hay mucho ruido, aunque está un poco alejado del centro. Las dunas están a unos 20 min de paseo y la playa otros 10’mas. El personal del hotel de 10, excepcionales todos con lo que hemos tratado, incluso la dirección.

Cons:

La cama del dormitorio principal tiene un sobre colchón, topper, que hace que cualquier movimiento de tu pareja, por suave que sea, te mueva a ti. No se las veces que me he despertado por este motivo, te mueve mucho. Por lo demás los colchones son confortables, incluso el del sofá.

Het was fijn
Pros:

Het personeel was behulpzaam, betrokken en aardig. Er was genoeg te doen voor kinderen en ook het zwembad voldoeed aan alle verwachtingen.

Cons:

Onze accommodatie had de eerste dag alleen koud water uit de douche en na melden alleen maar warm water. We waren er maar 4 dagen, maar dat was wel een klein minpuntje.
