Decent hotel near Space Needle, but with some drawbacks
Pros:

The room was large, with a pull-out couch. Perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers who don't like to share a bed anymore. The location, walking distance to the Space Needle, was nice.

Cons:

With the couch pulled out, there was not a lot of room to sit. The bathtub/shower had only one curtain which led to considerable flooding when the first person took their shower. We used our towels to mop up, so had to request another set of towels. During breakfast, the breakfast area was crowded and messy and sometimes there weren't any clean utensils for people. Overnight parking is expensive.

Perfect Place - Considering it? Book it! You'll love it!
Pros:

Perfect location, very close to Seattle Center. Breakfast, which is included, is one of the best I've had, many choices, something for everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and close to Seattle Center.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful always smiling. They all seemed very happy to work there! The breakfast was great, lots of choice, something for everyone. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. The location is just a few blocks from Seattle Center, so it is a perfect place to stay for any events at Climate Pledge or Seattle Center.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Safe, clean, and close to space needle
Pros:

We stayed here for a concert at Climate pledge arena. The hotel is in easy walking distance. Also close to many food options. The hotel was very safe and clean, as was the surrounding area. Highly recommended, particularly when attending events near the space needle.

Pros:

Property was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows sucked… key card needed to go anywhere.

Cons:

Key card needed to go anywhere. No information stating a “deposit” was needed at check in.. crazy to pay the rates to also have to pay for parking.

Bait and switch - did not give us the beds or sleeping capacity we paid for!

I booked a double queen room with pullout sofa months prior. The front desk said "due to inventory we are giving you a king". So, we left the hotel and were disappointed they took our money but couldn't give what was promised.
