Pros:

Complimentary breakfast, quiet hotel room (I forgot my earplugs and it wasn't a big issue), and staff's willingness to accomodate our request for late check out to allow us to shower after an exercise class the morning we had to check out of the hotel.

Ladies trip to run the Hot Chocolate 5K. Dan, front desk staff was so awesome.
Pros:

Location near Hot Chocolate 5K, parking garage available and friendly staff who checked us in. We loved Dan! Even with a line out the door to check in and rooms not available yet, he stayed cool under pressure and made every guest feel seen/heard.

Cons:

We checked in at 4:00, there was a line out the door and only one staff member. We stood in line for over 20 minutes only to find out we did not have a room ready yet. We had to wait another 45 minutes before our room was ready.

2.5 star place - clean rooms and lobby, leaves a lot to be desired.
Pros:

Good: The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Close proximity to Space Needle/Arts Center.

Bad: Lobby smells like cleaned up vomit, the rooms are very noisy, the parking garage spots are tiny (I mean really tiny) with low ceiling/pipes, there isn't a staff elevator, so you might as well take the stairs all morning while staff is working on turning over rooms - they get in the elevator with large carts to go one level, taking up the entire elevator. Location is sketchy at night.

Location is everything with all the amenities for an overnight stay
Pros:

We went for the SuperBowl parade. It was lovely being able to park early in the day of check in, walk to the route, enjoy the atmosphere, and walk back. Hotel is in great location near the Space Needle and other vibrant So. Lake Union while being in a safe area. Hotel was everything we have come to expect of a Hyatt Place

Decent hotel near Space Needle, but with some drawbacks
Pros:

The room was large, with a pull-out couch. Perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers who don't like to share a bed anymore. The location, walking distance to the Space Needle, was nice.

Cons:

With the couch pulled out, there was not a lot of room to sit. The bathtub/shower had only one curtain which led to considerable flooding when the first person took their shower. We used our towels to mop up, so had to request another set of towels. During breakfast, the breakfast area was crowded and messy and sometimes there weren't any clean utensils for people. Overnight parking is expensive.

I loved my two nights here
Pros:

Great and safe location. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The hotel workers are super nice and helpful. I will stay here again when I come back.

Pros:

Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place. Probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed at. Extremely friendly staff including Dan at the front who made our stay feel special, even upgrading our room view ! Will continue to stay here for our Seattle stays !

Perfect stay next to the Climate Pledge Arena!
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights while in town. The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our time. Let us do an early check-in which was perfect after a long day of traveling. Conveniently located in walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. The bed was SUPER comfortable and nights were quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place - Considering it? Book it! You'll love it!
Pros:

Perfect location, very close to Seattle Center. Breakfast, which is included, is one of the best I've had, many choices, something for everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and close to Seattle Center.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful always smiling. They all seemed very happy to work there! The breakfast was great, lots of choice, something for everyone. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. The location is just a few blocks from Seattle Center, so it is a perfect place to stay for any events at Climate Pledge or Seattle Center.
