Overall it was a good stay, would stay again if we selected a different room type for 4 people.
Pros:

The front staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We were there for 6 nights and every single front staff person was kind and helpful and friendly. Really made the whole stay. The breakfast was very good and provided a few different options each day. Very accessible to places and public transportation. The bed was comfy!

Cons:

While it was overall a great experience, I only have two things to call out. Upon arrival the bottom of the toilet (ground level) was absolutely disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. And the pull couch the kids slept on was not very comfortable (but kind of expected for a pullout couch).

Nice room, comfortable beds.

Cons:

You can hear everything outside of the hotel. Even on the 9th floor. Trash trucks at 3am waking us up.
