Excellent location/staff/price buy if on park facing you'll need earplugs
Pros:

Location great. Door man was fantastic. Helping us with luggage and showing us the room and what was included not included etc. All for the price we paid it was fantastic. Breakfast free nit we didn't take this opportunity...mini bar was cheaper than 7/11

Cons:

The description said soundproof. But the windows were not double glazed. We looked out to the park and there was a lot of noise on the below street. I managed to find a place that sold earplugs. Would have scored 9 if new windows were in place.
