Pros:

la chambre est petite et pas propre. On peut à peine poser la valise. Comme partout au Vietnam le personnel est très souriant! Petit déjeuner paraît pas frais....

Great location for Walking Street and great staff.
Pros:

The location is on the corner of Walking Street opposite the park/bus station, so very central and convenient. It is noisy but in the thick of city life. The staff are fabulous, so helpful. We needed to move room as our window did not shut properly and they organised this without any issues while we were away on a day trip. Very responsive. The hotel has an elevator, always a plus as we have heavy bags. We were happy with our stay here.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited and the shower needed revamping, but was perfectly functional.

The hotel is located right in the centre, very convenient for travelling and visiting attractions.

Cons:

The hotel room is too small, there is almost no room for luggages. The hotel did not clean the room with the reason "the guest did not ask!??!!". The breakfast is terrible.

Cons:

I had booked a "D E L U X" room!!! What a shame! I would not want to see a "Standard room" if what I got was a DELUX room!!! Apparently, "DELUX" can have a wide range of interpretation!!! This hotel is pretty much rundown and needs thorough refurbishment!!! The window in my room was very small and didn't close properly! There was a gap between the frame of the window and the wall!! Unacceptable!
There are much better hotels in the vicinity!!
