The staff was super friendly and helpful by accommodating my family to the first floor since the elevator was not working during our stay. Also, my room was clean and the breakfast was good

Cons:

Well, sound going through the walls, neighboring tenants heads TV so loud that I was not able to sleep till midnight. And maybe better tasting coffee. But for everything else the place was really good.

A good stay.
Pros:

Even though the hotel’s only elevator was out of order the staff made sure we intended to keep our reservation before we got there, and we were given a room on the lower floors. The room suited our need perfectly and breakfast was so much better than we were hoping.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay during our anniversary trip to Austin! Our room was incredibly tidy and clean—I usually worry about hotel beds, but these had brand-new, fresh linens that made me feel right at home. A special thank you to the two Filipino staff members who were so kind and professional. Their hard work and friendly faces made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!

It’s a clean and nice hotel
Pros:

The room was huge. The suites are so big, it was magical. The bed wasn’t super soft but it was more comfortable than most hotel beds are

Cons:

I didn’t like that I couldn’t get the tv by the couch to work properly. It said it was a Vizio tv so I assumed it has apps like the other tv did but I couldn’t get it to work. Which sucks because I got the suite because I love sitting on a couch and watching tv
