Top propreté, propice à la détente mais nourriture décevante pour l’Italie
Pros:

La propreté au top! La vue depuis la chambre magnifique. La chambre élégante et fonctionnelle. Le calme propice à la détente. Pas mal de faits maison concernant la nourriture.

Cons:

Le matelas beaucoup trop dur et les oreillers trop plats. Le système du buffet, qui n’en est pas un, car uniquement les anti pastis et desserts sont en buffet. Pour l’entrée et le plat, vous devez choisir entre 3 propositions sur la carte et ils sont servis à tables. Les portions n’étaient pas du tout représentatives de l’Italie (assez petites). Le prix de 40e/pers/repas annoncés par mail s’est transformé en 50e/pers/repas sous prétexte que c’était les pris de juillet alors que ma demande était liée à ma réservation en juillet ! Et ça ne les valait pas. De même que les plats proposés au restaurant à la carte, trop chers pour les proposition. Heureusement que le village compte plusieurs restaurants au top niveau rapport qualité prix. Au déjeuner, le temps de recevoir ton cappuccino (servi à table), nous avions presque fini de manger, par contre les assiettes étaient débarrassées alors que vous aviez encore votre dernière bouchée à terminer. Pour moi le gros point négatif et la partie hôtelière. Nous avons fais un certains nombre d’hôtel en Italie (dont un de la chaîne blu dans les pouilles) et nous
n’avions jamais été déçu de la nourriture proposée, là ce fut une 1ere déception pour nous.

The location was fantastic, beautiful views, well laid out pool areas and bar area
Bar staff were friendly and approachable

Cons:

The rooms were not properly cleaned
Toilet flush was broken on short flush initially on check in, then full flush broke by the time we checked out.
Shower drain was blocked and overflowing, which begs the question of when it had been cleaned properly last.
The cleaning staff lost my wedding ring, to which the general manager seemed to not care about, it was later found under the fridge on the opposite side of the room to where it had been left
Ashtray full of cigarette butts had been left beside the bed all day whilst we were out
Used coffee cups placed back upside down on the tray as though cleaned even though clearly not and had dried coffee from the morning on the bottom
Water and coffee not re-filled
Dead bugs in room corners
Towels taken for cleaning but not replaced
Food was very average compared to the prices charged
All in all, expensive stay for the basic standard of quality given
Spa was very highly priced, especially in comparison to the hotel we went to straight after, which cost the almost the same per night, had free access to all the same amenities and more.
This was spoken about upon check out to the same manager mentioned, who once again had the amount of care to give as a brick wall.

Jedyne do czego mogłabym się przyczepić to godziny otwarcia basenu ,stanowczo do 19 stej to za krótko ☹️
