Avevamo una camera la 4 piano stupenda ma mal gestita. le persone della reception sono state carini a cambiarci camera per la notte successiva.

caldo estremo al quarto piano, il clima non funzionava, quando si accendeva praticamente usciva odore di cibo. inoltre l'acqua del bagno era gelata, dalla manutenzione ci è stato detto che è perchè ci stavamo lavando tutti insieme (erano le 20.30, considerate che il ristorante era pieno, non credo fossero tutti in doccia). non ci hanno potuto cambiare camera, quindi ce l'hanno cambiata per la notte successiva. chissà perchè, alle 20.00 nella nuova camera l'acqua era calda....

sehr gepflegter Rasen und Pools, generell sehr sauber. sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, Zugang zum Strand, er könnte etwas leichter zugänglichs ein, ev ein Steg,..oder ein teil Sand. Sehr schöne Terrasse beim Pool, Livemusik

der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ungeniessbar, sehr schlecht,... Obst und Frücht Müsli sollte bessere Qualität haben,
Spiegeleier hart und kalt,.. vielleicht weniger Auswahl, aber bessere Qualität,..

Pros:

La nostra camera aveva la porta finestra direttamente sulla piscina, inoltre qualche metro più avanti eravamo già sul lago. Aveva tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi in un posto solo, consigliatissimo.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che mi sento di puntualizzare è che le donne delle pulizie dovrebbero essere un po' più silenziose, a volte tendono a chiacchierare nei corridoi con una voce troppo alta e non è facile riposare.

Erholsamer und Romantischer Kurzaufenthalt, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und auch deutschsprachiges Personal. Schöne Aussicht auf Garten-, Pollbereich und Gardasee. Sehr schöne Lage, nah am Gardasee. Eine grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuefe und natürlich der Flügelspieler ( Romantik pur ). 👍👍👍

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Ein wirklich schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Der Kaffee-Service beim Frühstück ist unnötig. Ein Cappuccino dauert von der Bestellung bis zum Erhalt 10-15Min. Man will scheinbar verhindern, dass der Gast mehr als eine Tasse trinkt. Filterkaffee wird in Thermoskannen serviert und dauert nicht so lange.

Gera ir rami vieta ramiam poilsiui
Pros:

Vieta puiki, ant Garda ežero kranto, kuris pasiekiamas vos keliais žingsniais išėjus iš viešbučio teritorijos. Aplinkui iš esmės ramu, nes viešbutis yra gana ramioje, atokioje vietoje, bet viskas iš esmės pasiekiama kelių minučių atstumu (jei reikia ir turint automobilį). Viešbutis turi 2 baseinus, daug gultų, kurių niekada netrūkdavo. Mūsų kambarys nebuvo labai didelis, bet vietos pakako, vonios kambarys didesnis nei įprastai.

Cons:

Kaip tokio lygio viešbučiui pusryčiai galėtų būti labiau įvairūs. Jei ryte norisi šilto maisto apart kiaušinių (tiesa kelios rūšys: virti, kepti, plakti) ir dešrelių daugiau nieko nėra, daržovės apsiriboja pomidorais ir agurkais. Visa kita tai duona (šviesi/tamsi), kelių rūšių mėsa, sūris, jogurtas bei kelių rūšių granola/dribsniai, šiek tiek vaisių. Tiesa saldus stalas turi gana įspūdingą pasirinkimą (daug rūšių pyragų/bandelių).
