Richtig schön, vor allem geschäftlich!
Pros:

Alles! Sehr sauber, tolles Personal und die Lage finde ich auch super. Zu Fuß mit dem Pfad 5 min. zum See.

Super Aufenthalt am Gardasee kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut (Wurstauswahl wahr genügend Käseauswahl auch reichlich)
Zimmer wahr Perfekt gross und sehr Sauber
Bett sehr gut geschlafen wie ein Baby
Badezimmer auch sehr gross
Schöne Pools
Super Lage direkt am See

Cons:

Rührei bei Frühstück wahr nicht so fein
Badezimmer der Föhn geht nur ca.10sec danach geht er aus

Cons:

L'accesso alla SPA, a mio avviso i costi vanno esposti al momento della prenotazione.
Considerato il periodo, (bassa stagione) quando siamo adati alla SPA, il Bagno Turco e la Sauna erano spenti, abbiamo dovuto attendere circa 30 minuti per il riscaldamento, poi tutto bene.

Cons:

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend rilassante. L’hotel è bello e il cibo molto gustoso.

Purtroppo, al momento del check-out, l’esperienza non è stata altrettanto piacevole: la signora alla reception era visibilmente scortese. Abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno, ci ha dato la ricevuta e se n’è andata senza dire nemmeno arrivederci.

Un comportamento davvero poco professionale, che rovina immediatamente l’immagine dell’hotel.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut - schöne Aussicht auf den See. Die Lobby ist neu und sieht gut aus. Unser Zimmer war okay - mir gefällt nur so eine dunkle Ausstattung nicht so sehr. Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage war gut.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal total chaotisch und wir haben teilweise ewig auf den Kaffee gewartet. Ein Kellner war hervorragend, aber der Rest hatte keine Ahnung. Die Halbpension war nicht buchbar über Booking.com und uns wurde angeboten für meinen Sohn und mich für jeweils 40 Euro - also 80 Euro pro Tag das nach zu buchen. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe und den Preis nicht Wert. Meine Freundin hatte vorher über Check24 gebucht mit Halbpension - hat aber früher gebucht und hat für den gleichen Preis die Halbpension dabei gehabt - sie sind aber teilweise dort auch nicht mehr essen gegangen. Für Glutenfreie Diät gibt es beim Frühstück keine grosse Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war okay - allerdings der TV hatte kein Smart TV und man konnte noch nicht mal den Laptop über HDMI anschliessen.

Magnifique séjour à tout point de vue.

Très belle chambre, magnifique vue sur le lac, le calme, très bon petits-déjeuners, un personnel aux petits soins, parking gratuit à disposition, proximité du ferry

Der Tag hat hier nur 17 Stunden

Klar kann man bei dem Preissegment über € 100,- schon mal mehr erwarten.
Klar ist die Aussicht schon mal ein Grund, warum man sich für den Aufpreis entscheidet.
Auch wenn die wirklich entzückende Freisitzgelegenheit (in meinem Upgradefall) ein gutes Argument ist, auf keinen Fall sollte man sich einen See- und Bergblick entgehen lassen - das wäre wirklich sparen am falschen Platz!

Cons:

Bei Deutschen beliebt, stehen gerade an dichten Wochenenden wie Ostern die Stromer ("E-Autos") Schlange - da wäre an ein Upgrade der einzigen Ladesäule zu denken - 7kWh Ladeleistung sind echt nicht mehr zeitgemäß, selbst meine Wallbox zu Hause lädt mit 22kWh AC. Ansonsten sind die öffentlichen Ladesäulen 500m bergauf eine gute Alternative.
Und abschließend: Check-out 10 Uhr vormittags ist für Langschläfer wie mich definitiv ein Stressfaktor- ich hab halt dann aufs Duschen verzichten müssen. Schade eigentlich...

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal (ausser im Restaurant am Abend) und eine wirklich gute, ruhige Lage direkt am See. Eine Bike Garage war ebenfalls verfügbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer trotz einer Buchung eines Superior Zimmers war extrem klein und wurde auch erst nach einer Reklamation gereinigt. Die Balkontüre war so undicht, dass der Wind regelrecht mit dem Vorhang spielte und andauernde Pfeiffgeräusche die Nachtruhe störten. Der "Oberkellner" des Restaurants am Abend war extrem unfreundlich und herablassend. Schade, dass eine Person den sonst extrem freundlich Umgang mit den Gästen so ins Negative zieht. Dies war auch der Grund warum wir lieber das Abendmahl in den Restaurants in der Umgebung genossen haben - welche wir an dieser Stelle sehr empfehlen können.
